A former Google executive has filed a lawsuit alleging that he was fired after his high-ranking female boss groped him.<\/h3>\n

Ryan Olohan, 48, claims that he was fired after one of the Big Tech giant\u2019s most high ranking executives, Tiffany Miller, director of Google\u2019s programmatic media, groped him at a Chelsea restaurant in December 2019.<\/p>\n

Olohan claims that Miller told him that she \u201cknew he liked Asian women\u201d and rubbed his abs while claiming that her marriage \u201clacked spice.\u201d<\/p>\n

The New York Post reports<\/a> that \u201cthe alleged hands-on encounter unfolded during a drunken company gathering at Fig & Olive on West 13th Street shortly after Olohan was promoted to managing director of food, beverages, and restaurants and joined a new management team that included Miller in Google\u2019s Manhattan offices, according to the lawsuit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olohan is a married father of seven and rejected Miller\u2019s advances, according to his complaint.<\/p>\n

Instead, Olohan reported the alleged incident to Google\u2019s human resources department the following week, but never heard back from them.<\/p>\n

The HR representative \u201copenly admitted \u2026 that if the complaint was \u2018in reverse\u2019 \u2014 a female accusing a white male of harassment \u2014 the complaint would certainly be escalated,\u201d according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe retaliation allegedly continued at a Google-hosted event in December 2021 in which Miller drunkenly admonished Olohan in front of his colleagues. The rancor was so bad that colleagues encouraged Miller to move to the other end of the table, according to the lawsuit,\u201d the Post reports. \u201cMiller later apologized and \u2018although Google was aware that Miller\u2019s continued harassment of Olohan stemmed from his rejection of her sexual advances, it again took no action,\u2019 the suit claims.\u201d<\/p>\n

The report continues, \u201cMiller drunkenly berated Olohan yet again during a company get-together at a karaoke bar in April 2022, where she mocked him upon arrival and reiterated that she knew he preferred Asian women over white women \u2014 knowing that Olohan\u2019s wife is Asian, according to court papers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olahan was soon fired after 16 years working for the company.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Miller denied the allegations to the post, saying \u201cThis lawsuit is a fictional account of events filled with numerous falsehoods, fabricated by a disgruntled ex-employee, who was senior to Ms. Miller at Google. Ms. Miller never made any \u2018advance\u2019 toward Mr. Olohan, which witnesses can readily corroborate.\u201d<\/p>\n
