The newly selected regime heading up Arizona\u2019s top statewide offices is now targeting Kari Lake with potential felony charges for speaking out against the rigged election in Arizona.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Questionably elected Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, a former lawyer for Mexican drug cartels, sent out a new letter on Monday, asking questionably elected Attorney General Kris Mayes to \u201cinvestigate and take appropriate enforcement action against Kari Lake\u201d for sounding the alarm about the stolen 2022 Election.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This comes just TWO DAYS before Kari Lake\u2019s\u00a0Arizona Court of Appeals is set to hold a February 1<\/a> conference in Kari Lake\u2019s lawsuit contesting the stolen Midterm Election. They are terrified and will stop at nothing to cover up the truth.<\/p>\n

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kris Mayes recently revealed that the AG\u2019s Election Integrity Unit (EIU) \u201cis going to become a Voter Protection Unit\u201d to \u201cfight any effort by anyone to eliminate vote by mail\u201d and prosecute alleged voter intimidation and alleged intimidation of election officials.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The photo that Lake embedded in this tweet shows redacted early ballot affidavits compared with signatures from redacted voter registration records. This information was made public by the Arizona Senate Elections Committee last Monday<\/a> and is being used in Kari Lake\u2019s election lawsuit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lake simply shared evidence that was presented in the Senate.<\/p>\n\n

The Gateway Pundit reported<\/a> on some of the shocking findings in last Monday\u2019s presentation, including\u00a0Election Day tabulators reportedly rejecting nearly 1\/4 million<\/a> vote attempts on election day and nearly 300,000<\/a> mismatched or fraudulent mail-in ballot signatures in Maricopa County\u2019s 2022 Election.<\/p>\n

Fontes\u2019 letter claims that Lake violated ARS 16-168 (f), which states<\/a>,<\/p>\n

Nothing in this section shall preclude public inspection of voter registration records at the office of the county recorder for the purposes prescribed by this section, except that the month and day of birth date, the social security number or any portion thereof, the driver license number or nonoperating identification license number, the Indian census number, the father\u2019s name or mother\u2019s maiden name, the state or country of birth and the records containing a voter\u2019s signature and a voter\u2019s e-mail address shall not be accessible or reproduced by any person other than the voter, by an authorized government official in the scope of the official\u2019s duties, for any purpose by an entity designated by the secretary of state as a voter registration agency pursuant to the national voter registration act of 1993 (P.L. 103-31; 107 Stat. 77), for signature verification on petitions and candidate filings, for election purposes and for news gathering purposes by a person engaged in newspaper, radio, television or reportorial work, or connected with or employed by a newspaper, radio or television station or pursuant to a court order. Notwithstanding any other law, a voter\u2019s e-mail address may not be released for any purpose. A person who violates this subsection or subsection E of this section is guilty of a class 6 felony.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fontes\u2019 letter asks Mayes to take action and investigate Lake for a felony offense.<\/p>\n

According to Salwin Law Group<\/a>, \u201cin Arizona, crimes can be classified as\u00a0misdemeanors<\/a>\u00a0or felonies. Misdemeanors are less serious than felonies. Unlike misdemeanors, felonies can result in prison time. A conviction for a felony also will result in the defendant losing certain civil rights, such as the right to vote<\/strong> or possess a firearm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some examples of class 6 felonies include:<\/p>\n

Sexual conduct with a minor<\/a>\u00a0(if the victim is 15 years or older)
\nTheft<\/a>\u00a0(if the value of stolen items is between $2000 and $3000)
\nShoplifting<\/a>
\nPossession of drug paraphernalia<\/a>
\nAggravated domestic violence<\/a>
\nPossession of burglary tools<\/a>
\nDisorderly conduct<\/a>
\nResisting arrest
\nUnlawful discharge of firearms<\/a><\/p>\n

AZ Defenders writes<\/a>, \u201ca\u00a0conviction of a class 6 felony can result in fines, probation, or a prison sentence typically ranging from 4 months to 5.75 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is not what our founding fathers had in mind. This is what communists do. <\/strong><\/p>\n
