Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) appeared on CNN\u2019s \u201cState of the Union\u201d to discuss competing orders on access to the abortion pill mifepristone.<\/p>\n<p>Federal judges on Friday issued<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/abortion-pill-lawsuit-mifepristone-misoprostol-kacsmaryk-74cb1c4cfab2c04f6cf2696151bc86ef\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0dueling orders<\/a>\u00a0on access to abortion pills, setting up a Supreme Court battle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cU.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a Trump appointee, ordered a hold on federal approval of mifepristone in a decision that overruled decades of scientific approval. But that decision came at nearly the same time that U.S. District Judge Thomas O.
