\nJames O\u2019Keefe brought attention<\/a> to the ActBlue donation mules in Maryland in a recent report.<\/em><\/p>\n

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) sent off a letter to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) demanding an investigation into the hundreds of thousands of small donations adding up to millions of dollars given to Democratic fundraising giant ActBlue in the past two elections.<\/p>\n

As The Gateway Pundit first reported late last year on the thousands of donation mules donating to Democrat Raphael Warnock from across the country.<\/p>\n

Joe Hoft published a remarkable report<\/a> on the millions of dollars going to ActBlue by \u2018donation mules\u2019 in a recent article.<\/p>\n

In 2020 millions were reportedly donated to BLM after George Floyd was killed.\u00a0 At the same time, 20+ police were killed and American cities suffered nearly $2 billion in record damages<\/a> following the George Floyd riots.<\/p>\n

The Gateway Pundit was the first to report that ActBlue was raising money using BLM as its front group<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>ActBlue is the Democrats\u2019 funding apparatus.\u00a0 We know this from our early reporting and from the fact that BLM later admitted this.\u00a0 In 2022 B<\/span>lack Lives Matter announced in February 2022 that the organization was deactivating<\/a> its fundraising pages on ActBlue.\u00a0 This was after the Washington Examiner\u00a0exposed<\/a>\u00a0that\u00a0BLM<\/a>\u00a0was still accepting donations on the\u00a0Democratic<\/a>\u00a0platform despite claiming it had stopped amid questions about its finances.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Daily Caller confirmed that ActBlue was using BLM to raise money.<\/a>\u00a0BLM is not a recognized non-profit organization and nonprofit organization (Thousand Currents) said it provides \u2018fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services\u2019 to BLM.<\/p>\n

Candice Owen reported on the BLM \u2013 ActBlue relationship and was targeted by a bogus fact-checker. Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch jumped in and stated that their findings confirmed what TGP and Candice Owen reported:<\/p>\n

Transparency? So if you want to make a tax-deductible charitable donation directly to Black Lives Matter, you can\u2019t. You donate to Act Blue Charities. Act Blue Charities sends this money, allegedly, to another charity, Thousand Currents, which runs BLM as a \u201cfiscal sponsorship.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018Thousand Currents\u2019 was allegedly a non-profit organization and Susan Rosenberg served on its Board.\u00a0 Susan Rosenberg was a member of the Weather Underground terrorist group, which included Obama friend Bill Ayers.\u00a0 <\/strong>President Bill Clinton gave her a pardon on his last day in office.<\/p>\n

So in summary contributions to BLM were funneled through ActBlue, the major resource for Democrat donations, and then funneled to at least one organization run by a member of a domestic terrorist group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In early 2020 FOX News reported<\/a> that half of all donations to ActBlue in 2019 came from \u201cuntraceable, unemployed donors.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0 preliminary computer\u00a0analysis by the Take Back Action Fund, obtained exclusively by Fox News, has found that nearly half of all 2019\u00a0donations to ActBlue were made by people claiming to be unemployed.<\/p>\n

Action Fund President John Pudner questioned the veracity of those donations and called it a loophole that must be closed for the sake of election integrity.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cAfter downloading hundreds of millions of [dollars in] donations to the Take Back Action Fund servers, we were shocked to see that almost half of the donations to ActBlue in 2019 claimed to be unemployed individuals,\u201d he said. \u201cThe name of employers must be disclosed when making\u00a0political<\/a>\u00a0donations, but more than 4.7 million donations came from people who claimed they did not have an employer. Those 4.7 million donations totaled $346 million ActBlue raised and sent to liberal causes.\u201d<\/p>\n

The trend is continuing this year: An Action Fund examination of 2020 data from January through August showed an uptick in \u201cunemployed\u201d donations through ActBlue, to 50.1% this year.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Action Fund\u2019s President John Pudner had this to say regarding the finding:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is hard to believe that at a time when the U.S. unemployment rate was less than 4 percent, that unemployed people had $346 million dollars to send to ActBlue for liberal causes,\u201d<\/strong> Pudner said, adding that \u201c4.7 million donations from people without a job \u2026 raised serious concerns.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shortly after the report in FOX News, TGP reported<\/a> that according to Real Clear Politics<\/a>, ActBlue cannot confirm if donations to its website are US or foreign donations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen Take Back Our Republic first pointed out in 2015 that foreign interests could potentially use gift cards to flood money in through ActBlue\u2019s unverified credit card system<\/strong>, more than 100 members of Congress stopped using the system and 31 Democrats joined 52 Republicans in trying to outlaw the practice,\u201d said John Pudner, president of Take Back Action Fund.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt took vendors only a few hours to change their setup to allow the banks to verify if donations were really from Americans,\u201d Pudner added. \u201cUnfortunately, as things turned harshly partisan after Trump\u2019s election, ActBlue doubled down and moved more and more candidates onto an unverified system at a time when intelligence officials are warning that foreign interests want to impact who wins our elections. TBAF asks ActBlue to join the hundreds who have stopped using this system.\u201d<\/p>\n

TGP also reported that ActBlue Texas was caught paying out small sums to hundreds of individuals<\/a> for unknown purposes.<\/p>\n

Per a review of ActBlue Texas<\/a> disbursements via the website TransparencyUSA.org<\/a>, there are hundreds of individuals being paid by ActBlue Texas for similar small amounts (e.g. $300 or $250) who are not candidates running for office.\u00a0 In total, ActBlue Texas has paid out $9.6 million in disbursements.\u00a0 We have no idea who most these people are.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday Marco Rubio called on the FEC to investigate this mammoth crime.
\nSo where was the GOP on this?<\/strong><\/p>\n

FOX News<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is demanding that the Federal Election Commission (FEC) open an investigation into Democratic fundraising behemoth ActBlue after a report claimed it was raking in cash from unwitting elderly Americans.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo weeks ago, alarming reports emerged of fraudulent donations being reported to the FEC by ActBlue,\u201d Rubio wrote in a letter to the FEC chairs. \u201cThese reports indicate that numerous individuals, including senior citizens, have purportedly donated to ActBlue thousands of times a year. However, according to recent investigative reports, many of these individuals had no idea that their names and addresses were being used to give thousands of dollars in political donations, with most of these \u2018donations\u2019 going to ActBlue.\u201d<\/p>\n

Project Veritas claims to have spoken with some people on fixed incomes who were stunned to learn that their names and addresses were used to donate thousands of dollars to ActBlue.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt should come as no surprise that ActBlue serves as vessel for fraud, considering the intentional lack of security engrained within their donation processes and systems,\u201d Rubio wrote to the FEC.<\/p>\n

ActBlue amasses small-dollar donations from across the country and then funnels them to various Democratic candidates and causes. Republicans use a similar platform known as WinRed.<\/p>\n
