This article by Jay Valentine first appeared at The American Thinker<\/a>.<\/em> One of the best things about a segment on the War Room<\/a>, after virtually meeting Steve Bannon, is the incoming mail two days later.<\/p>\n The RNC, the Trump Campaign, almost every Republican state party chairperson believes the road to 2024 electoral victory is to \u201cout-ballot-harvest the left.\u201d<\/p>\n It\u2019s hard to argue with absolute nonsense.\u00a0 To the rescue, however, comes a retired mail carrier who sent the following message:<\/p>\n I am a retired mail man. Tell us, RNC, how are you going to beat this?<\/p>\n The only way to stop the government, in particular the United States Post Office from gathering hundreds of thousands of loose ballots, all of which go somewhere other than to Republican candidates \u2013 is to stop those ballots in the first place.<\/p>\n We know, from numerous sources, the Post Office is one of several ballot gathering apparatuses of the left.\u00a0 How much ballot harvesting at evangelical churches is needed to make up for government-sponsored ballot harvesting \u2013 industrial scale?<\/p>\n A key to winning in 2024 is to identify EVERY, or as close to every as technology and diligent work enable \u2013 every ballot being sent out that will land in that \u201cbasket\u201d that \u201csomebody\u201d later picked up.<\/p>\n What are the addresses on those ballots?<\/p>\n Ballots mailed to vacant lots \u2013 or in Arizona, street corners. Welcome to the Undeliverable Ballot Database<\/a>.<\/p>\n A simple mail carrier, supported by other mail carriers we interviewed in person, shows how completely useless is the GOP campaign to \u201cout-ballot-harvest\u201d the left.<\/p>\n Ballots \u2013 which will not land in an eligible recipient\u2019s hand \u2013 must be identified, months in advance of being mailed.<\/p>\n Most of those ballots, using super-compute technology, can be identified, shown to be illegitimate, and brought to everyone\u2019s attention 6 months before election day.<\/p>\n When Harris County (Houston) floods the zone 6 months before early voting with 240,000 new voters, each needs to be instantly checked, verified, validated, and if necessary challenged \u2013 BEFORE the 2024 election.\u00a0 Wake up Ted Cruz!<\/p>\n When Arizona and Wisconsin counties change identifiers the week mail in ballots go out, then change them back, real time compute needs to flag it and ask \u201cwhy?\u201d<\/p>\n Here, let\u2019s do it.<\/p>\n Two state legislatures invited the Fractal team to do a \u201cproof of concept\u201d for their state voter rolls.\u00a0 So, we are.<\/p>\n We ingest multiple copies of the voter rolls.\u00a0 We want at least 3 dates but in one of the states, we will probably do a dozen.\u00a0 Multiple copies of voter rolls shows movement, lights up changes made to the voter rolls that make you say hmmmmm?<\/p>\n We compare every copy of the voter roll with every other copy \u2013 every cell against all corresponding cells.\u00a0 If someone\u2019s zip code was changed, we flag it.\u00a0 Might be no big deal, but then, might be Arizona where 33,000 zips were changed days before the election.<\/p>\n In a state rep election, for a Republican candidate, a primary, we found 212 people who moved from all over the state to this guy\u2019s district.\u00a0 They all voted.\u00a0 Then about a month after the election, they all moved out of the district.\u00a0 Where do you think they moved?\u00a0 Back to their original houses!\u00a0 He won!<\/p>\n We ingest the personal property tax rolls for the county.\u00a0 Those show the type of building, if it is a business, the number of bedrooms, baths, units, year built, square footage of living space, and about 40 other useful attributes.<\/p>\n In Austin, Texas, we add the construction\/permit rolls, giving us a closer to real time view of every property improvement.<\/p>\n For these two state legislatures, we want something for the Attorney General.<\/p>\n We bring in the FEC (Federal Election Commission) contribution rolls.\u00a0 With a single click, the AG can see every \u201ccontribution mule\u201d in the state.\u00a0 If that\u2019s not enough, we bring in the massive Medicaid rolls \u2013 all claims, all providers, all recipients for dozens of years.\u00a0 At this point, we are in the tens of billion record level \u2013 and guess what we find?<\/p>\n Some of those same sketchy voter addresses \u2013 fake people living in UPS boxes correspond to Medicaid providers \u2013 who are likely fake.\u00a0 We migrated from just cleaning voter rolls to making a state some real dough \u2013 identifying Medicaid fraud.<\/p>\n This is the power of real time super-compute.<\/p>\n Our thesis to state governments is that it isn\u2019t just voter fraud.\u00a0 It\u2019s identity fraud and it is not just in their voter rolls, identity fraud permeates every state government roll.<\/p>\n While we developed the Undeliverable Ballot Database to identify every address where a ballot will be sent yet not find an eligible recipient, we also created an address and identity database for people who claim one identity in Medicaid, another in WIC and another on the voter roll.<\/p>\n Vast government databases are virtually invisible to current SQL\/relational technology.\u00a0 Fractal and other super-computes are delivering real time visibility to identity fraud lasting decades.<\/p>\n One of the first benefits is the Undeliverable Ballot Database<\/a> \u2013 saving the mail carrier all those fake ballots.<\/p>\n Jay Valentine led the team that built the eBay fraud detection engine and the TSA No-Fly List.\u00a0 His Fractal team is currently working with several state legislatures to identify identity fraud in voter rolls, Medicaid and WIC rolls, FEC contribution mules. <\/a>\u00a0Jay can be reached at Omega4America.com<\/a> and his Twitter is @AmericaOme17300<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The post Jay Valentine: Holding The Line Against Mail-in Ballot Fraud<\/a> appeared first on The Gateway Pundit<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Postal worker stuffs ballots into drop box in Detroit, Michigan in 2020. \nWho picked them up, where did they go?

\nBallots sent to college dorms for students registered there for decades.
\nBallots sent to fraternities with the 105 year old student.
\nBallots sent to churches \u2013 which have no bedrooms, thus cannot be someone\u2019s domicile.
\nBallots for the person who moved \u2013 over a year ago.
\nBallots mailed to hotels and casinos.
\nBallots where the address was modified \u2013 by the voter commission \u2013 like in Arizona \u2013 the week those ballots went out \u2013 thus missing the recipient.
\nBallots sent to Manchurian restaurants, laundromats, banks and 7-Elevens \u2013 all of which are not valid addresses for voters.
\nBallots sent to UPS and FedEx boxes \u2013 sometimes to a dozen people living in that little box.
\nBallots sent to the apartment building \u2013 but the address is the clubhouse \u2013 which has no bedrooms.
\nBallots sent to the 22,000 new voters in a single county entered just days before the election \u2013 who were invisible to Arizona Republican candidates in 2022.
\nBallots sent to Mr. Gonzales, Mr. Gonzalez, Mr. Gonzalles, all at the same address with the same date of birth.
\nBallots sent to the Wisconsin college dorm that has 1,000 registered voters but can house only 250 adults.
\nBallots sent to the 11 adults at the single-family Houston home that is 823 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom.
\nBallots mailed to people registered at an address in 2020 but the building was not built until 2022.
\nBallots sent to the rehab facility for dozens of people who claim it as a residence for years. (Rehab is not a \u201cyears\u201d thing.)<\/p>\n
