On Thursday the Biden regime arraigned their top political opponent in a Washington DC court on speech violations.<\/p>\n

The indictments were absurd, should never have been filed, and go against the First Amendment of the US Constitution.<\/p>\n

On Friday we learned that Special Counsel Jack Smith either failed to review evidence<\/a> that exonerates President Trump and Mayor Rudy Giuliani or he ignored the findings altogether.<\/p>\n

Jack Smith charged Trump with \u201cspeech violations\u201d while ignoring evidence that exonerated President Trump.
\nSo who is the criminal here?<\/em><\/p>\n

On Friday President Trump posted this<\/a> warning on Truth Social.<\/p>\n\n

This should not be a surprise. Trump ALWAYS goes after those who attack him first. Just ask Rosie O\u2019Donnell or CNN.<\/p>\n

In response to President Trump\u2019s post on Truth Social, dirty Jack Smith asked the far-left Obama judge overseeing the DOJ\u2019s latest case against Trump to prevent the president from sharing information on the case with the public.<\/p>\n

This is also<\/em> clearly a violation of President Trump\u2019s first amendment right.<\/p>\n

First, they indict him on speech violations for challenging the 2020 election \u2013 now they want to prevent Trump from being able to defend himself in public!<\/p>\n

Only fake news mainstream media reports will be allowed!<\/p>\n

This is complete tyranny. It is also the end of America if this is allowed.<\/p>\n

Today it\u2019s Trump. Tomorrow it\u2019s you and your family. God help us.<\/p>\n

The New York Post<\/em><\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

The Justice Department has asked the federal judge overseeing Donald Trump\u2019s election fraud case to issue a protective order after the former president appeared to threaten revenge on those who \u201cgo after\u201d him.<\/p>\n

Special Counsel Jack Smith argued in the Friday night filing that Trump, 77, needs strict orders that prevent him from publicly sharing key details about the four-count indictment, which was brought down on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The DOJ request was made hours after Trump wrote \u201cIF YOU GO AFTER ME, I\u2019M COMING AFTER YOU!,\u201d in a Truth Social post.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf the defendant were to begin issuing public posts using details \u2014 or, for example, grand jury transcripts\u2014 obtained in discovery here, it could have a harmful chilling effect on witnesses or adversely affect the fair administration of justice in this case,\u201d Smith wrote in the filing.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors argued that the former president has a penchant for sharing privileged information with his followers and has done so in recent months related to other two indictments lodged against him.<\/p>\n
