Josh Berry will drive the No. 42 entry for this weekend\u2019s NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>NASCAR then released a statement expressing approval of Legacy Motor Club\u2019s decision and followed by announcing they were suspending Grigson indefinitely.<\/p>\n<p>NASCAR fully supports Legacy Motor Club\u2019s decision to suspend Noah Gragson. Following his actions on social media, NASCAR has determined that Gragson has violated the Member Conduct section of the 2023 NASCAR Rule Book and has placed him under indefinite suspension.<\/p>\n<p>NASCAR claims that Gragson violated the member conduct of its rule book but refuse to provide any details.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the meme that got Gragson suspended by NASCAR.
