Fox host Jesse Watters revealed on his show last night that Hunter Biden has a mugshot from his July court appearance, where he\u00a0was photographed and fingerprinted, according to lawyers for Biden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Watters also told his audience that his team filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the DOJ and the US marshalls to show Hunter\u2019s mugshot to the public.<\/p>\n

The left and the mainstream media widely criticized President Trump for his historic Georgia mugshot pose that showed he will never surrender to the Radical Left Marxists. Others indicted in the sham Georgia RICO case by leftwing DA Fani Willis also took a bashing from the Fake News Media for their appearance after the\u00a0Fulton County Sheriff\u2019s office released their mugshots.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is so special about a mug shot that they don\u2019t want us to see? Did [Hunter] smile? Did he look defiant?\u201d Watters asked.<\/p>\n

Biden is expected to plead not guilty in\u00a0a Delaware court on three counts<\/a>\u00a0related to his possession of a firearm while using drugs. His attorneys have requested that he be allowed to hide in the basement like his father and enter his plea via video conference.<\/p>\n

As Watters noted, President Trump flew all over the country and faced the media for court appearances in four sham indictments. Why can\u2019t Hunter Biden face the cameras and appear in court?<\/p>\n

Prosecutors are opposed to this special treatment for Hunter Biden, ABC reports.<\/p>\n

President Joe Biden\u2019s son Hunter Biden is expected to enter a plea of not guilty when he is arraigned on federal gun charges<\/a>, his attorney wrote in court filings Tuesday.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the first official indication of the younger Biden\u2019s plans to fight the charges against him following his indictment last week<\/a>, though his attorney has publicly suggested he would fight the charges.<\/p>\n

Lowell filed court papers on Tuesday seeking to have his client\u2019s initial appearance in a Delaware court take place via video conference instead of in person, in order to limit what he called \u201cthe financial impact on government resources and the logistical burden on the downtown area of Wilmington.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNo matter whether in person or virtual \u2026 Mr. Biden also will enter a plea of not guilty, and there is no reason why he cannot utter those two words by video conference,\u201d Lowell wrote.<\/p>\n

Watters:<\/strong> Biden\u2019s attorneys have requested that the President\u2019s son plead not guilty to the gun charges over Zoom. Hunter doesn\u2019t want to show up to a federal courthouse, which our sources tell us would be unheard of.<\/em><\/p>\n

It turns out Hunter Biden has a mugshot. Back in July, when Hunter first appeared in court, his lawyers say he was photographed and fingerprinted.<\/strong> Now, Primetime sources tell us that federal inmates rarely have their mugshots released to the public; only in cases where the federal inmate escapes, and a leak would be very unlikely the US Marshals have a rigorous digital footprint.<\/em><\/p>\n

So, what is so special about a mug shot that they don\u2019t want us to see? Did he smile? Did he look defiant? You know, in light of transparency, this mugshot must be released.
