During a recent appearance on FOX Business with Maria Bartiromo, Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz took former President Obama over his comments about Israel last week where he basically said that everyone shares blame for what happened.<\/a><\/p>\n

Dershowitz is a Democrat who voted for Obama but says during this segment that his relationship with Obama is over.<\/p>\n

He also makes some pointed comments about the college students who are protesting for Hamas.<\/p>\n

Alan Dershowitz calls out Obama\u2019s \u2018deep hatred of Israel\u2019: \u2018He should be ashamed\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

Expressing outrage over former President Barack Obama\u2019s call for an end to Israeli \u201coccupation,\u201d Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz expanded on why he\u2019s never talking to the Democratic president again.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think he always had a deep hatred of Israel in his heart. He hid it very well. He called me to the Oval Office and he said to me, \u2018Alan, you\u2019ve known me for a long time. You know I have Israel\u2019s back.\u2019 I didn\u2019t realize he meant to paint a target on it,\u201d<\/strong> Dershowitz said Friday on \u201cMornings with Maria.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s never been supportive of Israel. And finally, his true feelings have come out now that he\u2019s no longer president and doesn\u2019t have to be elected,\u201d the professor continued. \u201cHe has contributed enormously to the problem because he is respected among young people. And if he says the occupation is unbearable and that anything can be done to stop it, he is encouraging people to engage in their antisemitic, anti-Israel and anti-American attitudes. He should be ashamed of himself. He should apologize, but he won\u2019t.\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cTo compare those disputed claims with the rapes, beheadings, burnings, kidnappings, it\u2019s just obscene and despicable,\u201d Dershowitz said. \u201cAnd what it does is it lends support to those students basically, who are saying, \u2018Well, what Hamas really did was not so bad\u2026 It was in response to the occupation.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
