Newsguard is a media \u201cfact-checking\u201d company that was started in 2018.\u00a0 They claim to rate websites for reliability.\u00a0 Basically, they\u2019re in the business of deciding who is fake news and who is not.\u00a0 And they HATE pro-Trump publishers and citizen journalists.\u00a0 They also hate the truth. The company is supported by Trump-haters, elites and media giants \u2013 AND earlier this year we discovered the US government was also financially supporting<\/a> this far-left blacklisting group.<\/p>\n There is ample proof the activists behind Newsguard are unhinged leftists and anti-Trumpers.<\/p>\n Our friends at the conservative website 100percentfedup<\/a> previously shared information with The Gateway Pundit that exposes the Newsguard liberal activists.<\/p>\n As we reported earlier \u2014 ALL of the top activists at the Newsguard organization are virulent Trump-haters<\/a>.<\/p>\n And their mission is to DESTROY pro-Trump and conservative websites.<\/p>\n Breitbart.com<\/a> reported on this organization and their goal to demonetize opposing voices online.<\/p>\n Financial Blacklisting: NewsGuard Advises Advertisers to Avoid Pro-Trump Media<\/strong><\/p>\n NewsGuard, the news-filtering browser extension recently partnered with Microsoft and run by neoconservatives, Obama-Clinton alumni, and other assorted Trump haters, has advised advertisers to withdraw their business from websites on its blacklist of \u201cunreliable\u201d news websites \u2014 a list that includes Breitbart News,<\/strong> The Drudge Report, and the Daily Mail\u2026<\/p>\n \u2026The effect isn\u2019t merely to silence pro-Trump media. It also ensures advertisers don\u2019t market their products to Trump voters, causing them to rely less and less on consumers in the heartland, and more on progressive consumers who read establishment news sources.<\/p>\n In 2019 there was a report by La Corte News<\/a> that revealed conservative sites are twice as likely to be rated unreliable as liberal publishers.<\/strong><\/p>\n In March we found out the United States Department of Defense was using taxpayer dollars to censor conservatives and independent media online.<\/strong><\/p>\n The DOD awarded $749,387 to Newsguard<\/a> in September 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n From Matt Taibbi: \u201cSome NGOs, like the GEC-funded Global Disinformation Index or the DOD-funded Newsguard, not only seek content moderation but apply subjective \u201crisk\u201d or \u201creliability\u201d scores to media outlets, which can result in reduction in revenue.
