Harvard University will reportedly keep their woke president Claudine Gay despite an alleged plagiarism<\/a> scandal and her refusal to condemn vile anti-semitic remarks of genocide on campus.<\/p>\n The Harvard Crimson reported<\/a> the Harvard Corporation came to the conclusion after a board meeting Monday night and will officially announce the decision Tuesday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Corporation released<\/a> a statement possibly previewing the \u201cofficial\u201d reason why.<\/p>\n The board says calling for Jewish genocide is a \u201ccomplex\u201d issue.<\/p>\n Over her three decades as a professor and dean, she has made it clear that she is committed to fostering a university climate that does not tolerate harassment or bullying.<\/p>\n While the current issues at play are complex, her commitment to fighting antisemitism, Islamophobia and racism has never wavered.<\/p>\n President Gay is the right leader to guide the University during this challenging time.<\/p>\n The Crimson notes<\/a> the Board\u2019s decision comes as more than 700 faculty signed a letter Monday demanding the body to resist calls to remove Gay from her undeserved post.<\/p>\n Billionaire hedge fund manager and Harvard alum Bill Ackman said the board did not want to look like it was caving to his demands for her ouster.<\/p>\n I have been told now by two reporters that one of the factors that made it challenging for the @Harvard<\/a> board to fire Gay was that they were concerned it would look like they were kowtowing to me. https:\/\/t.co\/QrgFHUVEJh<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Bill Ackman (@BillAckman) December 12, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n\n Ackman previously revealed<\/a> that Gay was hired to satisfy the Harvard\u2019s diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) quota. <\/strong><\/p>\n I learned from someone with first person knowledge of the @Harvard<\/a> president search that the committee would not consider a candidate who did not meet the DEI office\u2019s criteria.<\/p>\n The same was likely true for other elite universities doing searches at the same time, creating an\u2026<\/p>\n \u2014 Bill Ackman (@BillAckman) December 7, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n\n The Gateway Pundit\u2019s Benjamin Wetmore notes<\/a> that Gay was among Presidents of several other elite colleges who refused to condemn calling for the \u201cgenocide of Jews\u201d as hate speech during her congressional testimony last week. Mobile video trucks are also driving around Harvard urging Gay to resign.<\/p>\n The New York Post reports<\/a> Harvard has lost more than $1 billion in donations since Gay\u2019s pathetic testimony.<\/p>\n Her troubles grew further Monday after it was revealed by conservative journalist Chris Rufo that she plagiarized her Phd thesis.
