Mr. Pelosi received the same treatment under that policy that all individuals released from County Jail receive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), has a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/06\/paul-pelosi-court-date-dui-set-august\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">preliminary court date\u00a0<\/a>on August 3rd for his Memorial Day weekend DUI arrest in Napa County, California that involved a crash with his Porsche and a Jeep.<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi is out on $5000 bail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher.<\/p>\n\n<p>According to the report, Pelosi pulled out onto S-29 to cross it, ignoring a stop sign, and was struck by Jesus V. Lopez, who was driving a 2014 Jeep. Lopez was reportedly traveling northbound on the state road.<\/p>\n<p>At the scene of the accident, Pelosi was found to have been over the legal blood alcohol limit.
