Joe Biden spent most of Monday participating in a campaign event and chomping on ice cream<\/a> in New York.<\/p>\n

World War 3 is looming and Biden was at a Van Leeuwen ice cream shop in New York having a laugh with late-night comedian Seth Meyers.<\/p>\n\n

Biden, 81, made a \u2018surprise\u2019 appearance on \u201cLate Night with Seth Meyers\u201d on Monday during his visit to New York.<\/p>\n

His brain malfunctioned as he claimed Trump is the one suffering from mental decline, not him.<\/p>\n

This is the Democrat-media complex\u2019s new thing. Project Biden\u2019s obvious dementia onto Trump. <\/p>\n

\u201cTake a look at the other guy. He is about as old as I am, but he can\u2019t remember his wife\u2019s name,\u201d 81-year-old Biden said of 77-year-old Trump.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey told us we couldn\u2019t get \u2019em done \u2019cause things were so divided and, but I think everything\u2019s everything we\u2019ve gotten done. He\u2019s just friendly state he wants to do away with, he gets elected and I really think his views on where to take America are older than\u2026 anyway,\u201d Biden said losing his train of thought.<\/p>\n
