In December Governor Greg Abbott (R) signed<\/a> a bill that gives Texas police power to arrest illegal aliens amid Biden\u2019s border invasion.<\/p>\n

\u201cBiden\u2019s deliberate inaction has left Texas to fend for itself,\u201d Abbott said, adding the new bill is designed to \u201cstop the tidal wave of illegal entry into Texas.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the Texas-Mexico border today for a bill signing ceremony that will take #OperationLoneStar to the next level,\u201d Abbott said on X in December.<\/p>\n

Far-left \u2018civil rights\u2019 organizations such as the ACLU filed lawsuits to stop Abbott\u2019s new law.<\/p>\n

US District Judge David Ezra, a Reagan appointee previously\u00a0issued a temporary injunction\u00a0<\/a>that blocked a Texas law that gave local police power to arrest illegal aliens.<\/p>\n

The US Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed<\/a> Texas to enforce its immigration law that allows police to arrest illegal aliens.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court\u2019s conservative majority rejected an emergency application by the Biden Regime requesting the high court block Texas\u2019 immigration law.<\/p>\n

The high court temporarily rejected the Biden Regime\u2019s request as litigation makes its way through the courts.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday a federal appeals court blocked Texas from enforcing the new immigration law.<\/p>\n
