Conspiracy theorist Rachel Maddow has once again outdone herself.<\/p>\n

Maddow has joined the chorus of left-wing pundits claiming that a re-elected President Trump would use his power to target his critics.<\/p>\n

In an interview with CNN\u2019s Oliver Darcy, Maddow spun yet another wild conspiracy, this time alleging that Trump would imprison her if he wins the 2024 election.<\/p>\n

Darcy, known for his own biased reporting, set the stage with a leading question: \u201cTrump and his allies are openly talking about weaponizing the government to seek revenge against critics in media and politics, with some of his extremist allies even talking about jailing their fellow Americans,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re one of his most notable critics on television. Are you worried that you could be a target?\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Maddow responded with a tirade, seemingly losing grip on reality.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m worried about the country broadly if we put someone in power who is openly avowing that he plans to build camps to hold millions of people, and to \u2018root out\u2019 what he\u2019s described in subhuman terms as his \u2018enemy from within.\u2019 Again, history is helpful here. He\u2019s not joking when he says this stuff, and we\u2019ve seen what happens when people take power proclaiming that kind of agenda.<\/p>\n

I think there\u2019s a little bit of head-in-the-sand complacency that Trump only intends to go after individual people he has already singled out. Do you really think he plans to stop at well-known liberals?<\/p>\n

It also seems pretty clear that some people in politics might think they\u2019ll be on the safe side \u2014 that they might even benefit from it \u2014 if they side with Trump. Ask Mike Pence about how that works out in the end.<\/p>\n

When Trump invokes the Insurrection Act to deploy the U.S. military against civilians on his first day in office, do you think he then rescinds the order on day two?<\/p>\n

For that matter, what convinces you that these massive camps he\u2019s planning are only for migrants? So, yes, I\u2019m worried about me \u2014 but only as much as I\u2019m worried about all of us.\u201d<\/p>\n

This unhinged diatribe from Maddow is just another example of the extreme fearmongering tactics the left is resorting to as they face the possibility of Trump\u2019s return to power.<\/p>\n

The Gateway Pundit<\/a> previously reported that far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has claimed that Donald Trump is preparing to round up his political enemies if he wins election in November.<\/p>\n

The Congresswoman made the remarks during an\u00a0appearance<\/a>\u00a0on journalist Kara Swisher\u2019s podcast, named\u00a0On with Kara Swisher.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, it sounds nuts, but I wouldn\u2019t be surprised if this guy threw me in jail,\u201d she said. \u201cHe\u2019s out of his mind. I mean, he did his whole first campaign around \u2018lock her up.\u2019 This is his motto.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ocasio Cortez- added that Trump would \u201cround up\u201d his political enemies once in office and that she was strongly supporting Joe Biden\u2019s re-election campaign.<\/p>\n
