You and I have the right to own much more than AR-15s and bump stocks. Liberals are outraged after the United States Supreme Court upheld the 2nd Amendment and struck down the bump stock ban.<\/p>\n

In a\u00a0loss\u00a0<\/a>for the Biden regime and big win for 2nd Amendment right advocates, the Supreme Court on Friday crushed a federal ban on bump stocks.<\/p>\n

The Court\u00a0ruled<\/a>\u00a0in the case of\u00a0Garland vs. Cargill<\/em>\u00a0that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) exceeded its constitutional authority in creating the regulation. The vote was 6-3, with the six conservatives joining the majority and the three leftists in dissent.<\/p>\n

To add insult to injury for liberals, the opinion was\u00a0offered<\/a> by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. He said that accessory does not mean that a firearm equipped with it meets the \u201cmachine gun\u201d definition under federal law.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis case asks whether a bump stock \u2014 an accessory for a semiautomatic rifle that allows the shooter to rapidly reengage the trigger (and therefore achieve a high rate of fire) \u2014 converts the rifle into a \u2018machinegun.\u2019 We hold that it does not,\u201d the great Thomas wrote.<\/p>\n

Justice Sonia \u201cWise Latina\u201d Sotomayor was quite displeased and authored an angry dissent.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I see a bird that walks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I call that bird a duck,\u201d she whined. NBC News\u00a0reports<\/a>\u00a0that Sotomayor was so triggered that she took the rare step of reading a summary of her dissent in court.<\/p>\n

Democide is the term used to describe a government killing its own citizens. Millions of innocent people have lost their lives due to the evil of their own government. The 2nd Amendment functions as the final check and balance between a free people and their government, ensuring we do not become a statistic.<\/p>\n

Without the right to defend ourselves from any enemy, foreign or domestic, we are not truly free we are only as \u201cfree\u201d as our government allows us to be at the time.<\/p>\n
