Even the Dems didn\u2019t know what she was talking about! Why doesn\u2019t she press charges instead against those that cheated on the Election, or those that didn\u2019t properly protect the Capitol?\u2026..\u201d Trump said in a post to Truth Social on Monday.<\/p>\n\n<p>Toxic RINO January 6 Committee vice chair Liz Cheney told ABC\u2019s Jon Karl in an interview that aired Sunday that the January 6 panel may make multiple criminal referrals to the Justice Department.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUltimately the Justice Department will decide that,\u201d Cheney said trying to fight back against accusations that the J6 Committee is acting more like prosecutors rather than a legislative body.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat kind of man knows that a mob is armed and sends the mob to attack the Capitol and further incites that mob when his own vice president is under threat, when the Congress is under threat?\u201d Cheney said Sunday on ABC\u2019s \u201cThis Week\u201d using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/07\/surprise-witness-cassidy-hutchinsons-nine-confirmed-lies-debunked-congressional-testimony-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cassidy Hutchinson\u2019s false testimony<\/a>\u00a0to attack Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have greater concern about what it would mean if people weren\u2019t held accountable for what\u2019s happened here,\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2022\/07\/03\/liz-cheney-adam-schiff-criminal-referrals-jan-6-committee?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=editorial&amp;utm_content=politics-jan6panel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Cheney added<\/a>. \u201cI think it\u2019s a much graver constitutional threat if a president can engage in these kinds of activities and the majority of the president\u2019s party looks away or we as a country decide, you know, we\u2019re not actually going to take our constitutional obligation seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When asked if the January 6 Committee will possibly criminally refer Trump to the DOJ, Cheney responded in the affirmative.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes,\u201d Cheney said. \u201cThe Justice Department doesn\u2019t have to wait for the Committee to make the criminal referral \u2013 there could be more than one criminal referral.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>VIDEO:<\/p>\n<p>EXCLUSIVE: Rep.
