Singer Macy Gray stirred up controversy during an interview with <\/span>Piers Morgan<\/span><\/a>\u00a0that aired on Monday when she said that just because a person has gender reassignment surgery, it doesn\u2019t change their biological sex.<\/span><\/p>\n

During her appearance on \u201c<\/span>Piers Morgan Uncensored<\/span><\/a>\u201d the singer said she would probably face backlash for sharing her opinion. She was right! The woke mob quickly jumped on her for what she shared with Morgan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Morgan jumped right into the conversation, asking, \u201cIf I asked you what a woman is, what would you say?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI would say, ah, a human being with boobs,\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Gray<\/span><\/a>\u00a0said as she laughed. \u201cHaha, you have to start there.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, the dictionary\u2019s quite straightforward, it just says a human, adult female,\u201d said Morgan.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYou know a lot of people \u2014 see that \u2014 now that\u2019s a little \u2026 getting confusing, the whole he, she, they \u2026\u201d Gray continued.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019m not sure why, really,\u201d said Morgan.<\/span><\/p>\n

He then pointed to the recent controversy of trans-women that has impacted the sports world, saying, \u201cI support all trans rights to fairness and equality, but not where you have people born to obvious physical superior bodies transitioning and then thrashing the women at their sport.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

“Just because you go change your parts, doesn’t make you a woman, sorry.”<\/p>\n

\u201cI know that for a fact,\u201d Gray continued. \u201cLike if you want me to call you a her, I will, because that\u2019s what you want. But that doesn\u2019t make you a woman, just \u2019cause I call you a her and just \u2019cause you got a surgery.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long for people to begin attacking Gray, calling her a Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist (TERF).<\/span><\/p>\n

The criticism of Gray followed an outburst from the same crowd of extremists who were angered earlier in the day by a post from celebrity Bette Midler who also spoke out against the transgender movement to erase women.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
