The southern border is still wide open. The media tries to make the public forget, so let\u2019s remind everyone.<\/p>\n<p>Texas DPS encountered 8 \u201cspecial interest\u201d illegals at the southern border in the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Normandy%2C_Texas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rural Normandy<\/a> area of Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these illegals were from Turkey and told the DPS troopers that they paid $12 thousand to cross the Rio Grande into the US. This included finding a \u201csponsor\u201d within the US to help them once they cross the border. One of the illegals was asked what a sponsor was.
