A local Florida attorney is reviving accusations against Trump\u2019s Attorney General pick, Matt Gaetz, in a last-ditch effort to harm his chances of assuming his new role.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the mainstream media has launched an all-out public assassination on Matt Gaetz following his nomination as US Attorney General, even claiming that he resigned from Congress after his nomination to escape the House Ethics Committee\u2019s sham investigation into sex trafficking.<\/p>\n

THE PUBLIC MURDER OF MATT GAETZ BEGINS \u2013 House \u2018Ethics\u2019 Committee Leaks Details of Matt Gaetz Investigation into Sex Trafficking \u2013 Charges that Were Dropped by Merrick Garland Years Ago<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The investigation originally stemmed from allegations that Rep. Gaetz had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl. The DOJ investigated the accusations but decided against pressing charges.<\/p>\n

Gaetz was exonerated of all criminal accusations by the far-left Justice Department, which would obviously jump on the opportunity to accuse a conservative of any criminality.<\/p>\n

Notably, the House Ethics Committee reopened the investigation in 2023 as Gaetz ramped up challenges to former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who was later ousted by Gaetz’s Motion to Vacate the chair.<\/p>\n

Later, when Gaetz threatened to bring a Motion to Vacate against McCarthy in October 2023, McCarthy’s RINO\u00a0allies began threatening to expel Gaetz based on the Committee’s investigation.<\/p>\n

Now, the establishment is wheeling out a leftist attorney who represents two so-called witnesses to continue pushing this hoax. As The National Pulse notes, the attorney, Joel Leppard, has contributed to Democrats through ActBlue at least 13 times since 2020.<\/p>\n

Leppard, an Orlando-based specialist in personal injury claims and getting people off driving under the influence (DUI) charges, is understood to be touring Manhattan studios on Monday peddling the same debunked claims made about Gaetz three years ago.<\/p>\n

The topic has since been used\u2014at the instruction of ousted Speaker Kevin McCarthy\u2014as a lawfare<\/a> tool to bludgeon Gaetz as retribution for McCarthy\u2019s ejection<\/a> from the role, a campaign Gaetz led.<\/p>\n

Leppard, The National Pulse can reveal, is a Democrat donor who<\/a> has given at least 13 times since 2020<\/a>. His donations all appear to be funneled through the far-left funding platform ActBlue, which has recently come under heightened scrutiny<\/a> for the veracity of its donations.<\/p>\n

Leppard is expected to claim that Gaetz attended \u201csex parties\u201d and will almost certainly claim the Florida congressman had sex<\/a> with a 17-year-old girl around six years ago.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

And sure enough, hours later, ABC reported<\/a>,<\/p>\n

An attorney representing two women who testified before the House Ethics Committee told ABC News in an interview that former Rep. Matt Gaetz<\/a> paid both his adult clients for sex.<\/p>\n

Florida attorney Joel Leppard told ABC News’ Juju Chang that one of his clients also witnessed Gaetz having sex<\/a> with a third woman — who was then 17 years old — at a house party in Florida.<\/p>\n

“She testified [that] in July of 2017, at this house party, she was walking out to the pool area, and she looked to her right, and she saw Rep. Gaetz having sex with her friend, who was 17,” Leppard said.<\/p>\n

Leppard, who has called for the House Ethics Committee to release its report amid Gaetz’s nomination to serve as President-elect Donald Trump’s attorney general, told ABC News that the former congressman paid both of his clients for sex using Venmo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Any intelligent person knows by now that Gaetz is only coming under continued fire because of his success in removing RINO Kevin McCarthy from leadership and his chances of becoming an effective Attorney General.<\/p>\n
