A so-called hacker obtained the transcript of testimony from the \u2018damaging\u2019 lawfare House Ethics Committee report of Matt Gaetz, according to The New York Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n

CBS News also reported <\/a>an \u201cunknown and unauthorized third party\u201d obtained two dozen depositions from witnesses related to the investigation into Matt Gaetz.<\/p>\n

According to The Times, the hacker, dubbed \u201cAltam Beezley,\u201d obtained a tranche of documents including 24 exhibits and sworn statements from a woman who testified she had sex with Matt Gaetz when she was 17 years old.<\/p>\n

Gaetz has denied the allegations and the Justice Department declined to bring charges after investigating the matter.<\/p>\n

The House Ethics Committee was going to release a \u201cdamaging\u201d report on Matt Gaetz last Friday but because he resigned from Congress, the committee lost jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

However, the Deep State has been selectively leaking parts of the report to the media and now a \u2018hacker\u2019 has obtained a trove of documents from the \u2018damaging\u2019 report.<\/p>\n

Matt Gaetz resigned from Congress last Wednesday evening after President Trump\u00a0announced\u00a0<\/a>his nomination for US Attorney General.<\/p>\n

The House Ethics Committee\u2019s years-long investigation into Matt Gaetz over allegations of sexual misconduct ended after the lawmaker resigned from Congress.<\/p>\n

The Gateway Pundit reported on the Ethics Committee\u2019s revival of the junk allegations against Gaetz, even after the Biden DOJ exonerated Gaetz of criminal wrongdoing and\u00a0dropped\u00a0<\/a>the charges in February 2023.<\/p>\n

The investigation was reopened in 2023 as Gaetz ramped up challenges to former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who was later ousted by Gaetz\u2019s Motion to Vacate the chair. Later, when Gaetz threatened to bring a Motion to Vacate against McCarthy in October 2023, McCarthy\u2019s RINO allies began threatening to expel Gaetz based on the Committee\u2019s investigation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis investigation exists to do what the voters of my district won\u2019t \u2013 remove me from office,\u201d said Gaetz in September.<\/p>\n
