In the wake of Donald Trump\u2019s historic and decisive victory, the left has descended into a full-scale blame game, with their supposed intellectual elites turning on each other in a circus of finger-pointing and melodrama.<\/p>\n

The latest installment in this spectacle of failure comes from historian and so-called election \u201cexpert\u201d Allan Lichtman, known for his \u201cKeys to the White House\u201d prediction model, who couldn\u2019t resist blaming \u201cmisogyny, racism, and xenophobia\u201d for his catastrophic prediction about the election.<\/p>\n

Because, naturally, when liberals lose, it\u2019s never about their policies or candidates\u2014it\u2019s always the voters\u2019 fault.<\/p>\n

During an interview with CNN, Lichtman explained<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Keys to the White House depend upon a rational, pragmatic electorate deciding it based on guidance rather than depending upon if the party should get four more years.<\/p>\n

And we\u2019ve seen the explosion of some trends that have existed before, but not to this extent. Disinformation. You know, Elon Musk, I don\u2019t know how many hundreds of billions he has, has been the director of misinformation. Two billion views of his spreading of disinformation.<\/p>\n

Not just about the economy, but about immigrants, about minorities. We were never seeing this disinformation at this scale.<\/p>\n

Next, we have never seen to this scale the agitation of three trends that have been very deeply embedded in American history. Misogyny, racism, and xenophobia. The first anti-immigrant law was 1798, and Donald Trump wanted to revive it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

But things took an even more absurd turn during a panel interview with Piers Morgan<\/a>, where Lichtman found himself face-to-face with Democrat propagandist Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks.<\/em><\/p>\n

What followed was a fiery and laughable exchange that exposed both men as delusional egotists with fragile egos.<\/p>\n

Uygur, who has his own long history of incorrect political takes, didn\u2019t hold back in trashing Lichtman\u2019s predictions.<\/p>\n

Lichtman, in turn, got offended when his intelligence was questioned and doubled down on his self-proclaimed expertise, boasting about his 51 years as a professor and 13 published books.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> Look, I debated Professor Lichtman before. I told him his theories about the keys were absurd. I was right, he was wrong. I said he\u2019d lose his keys.<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> No, you were not right, and I was not wrong. That\u2019s a cheap shot, and I won\u2019t stand for it.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> Who won, brother?<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> You should not be taking cheap shots at me.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> Who won?<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> You want to make your point, make your point. Don\u2019t make it personal.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> You live in a total world of denial. (Does the cuckoo sign)<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> I read your own followers\u2019 comments, and they all trashed you, every one of them, and supported me.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> Yeah, right.<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> So quiet with your personal attacks.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> Yeah, come find out again.<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> Make whatever point you want. Don\u2019t make it personal.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> You don\u2019t know anything. You don\u2019t know anything.<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> You attacked me personally.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> You\u2019re so deluded.<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> All right. I\u2019ve only been a professor for 51 years, published 13 books. How many books have you published?<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> On this program, I\u2019ve never been able to finish a thought.<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> No, because you\u2019re personally attacking me again. Say whatever you want, but I\u2019m not going to stand for personal attacks.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> But, brother, you got it wrong! You were preposterously and stupidly wrong! Okay, all right. Can I just finish a goddamn thought ever on this show?<\/p>\n

Allan Lichtman:<\/strong> No, not if you\u2019re personally\u2026 I admitted I was wrong. I don\u2019t need you to call me stupid.<\/p>\n

Cenk Uygur:<\/strong> Okay. Hey, Allan, you deserve a tall glass of shut-up juice, so can you just shut up for a second and let someone who knows what they\u2019re doing\u2014<\/p>\n
