Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports went off on Democrats over Joe Biden\u2019s pardon of his son Hunter<\/a> during a video rant on Twitter\/X.<\/p>\n

He suggests that this is one of the reasons why the Democrats lost so badly in the 2024 election and says that he never again wants to hear Democrats lecturing the American people as if they\u2019re morally superior.<\/p>\n

Portnoy admits he would probably use pardon power for his own son if he had one, but stresses that the real issue here is the lying and posturing from Democrats who have spent years painting themselves as the \u2018better\u2019 people.<\/p>\n

And I\u2019ve been saying it over, and over, and over, and why the Democrats got slaughtered in the election because they think they\u2019re morally superior to everybody else. So any Democrat, and lots of them, whenever you say this is like, \u2018What a fucking liar Biden and the Democrats are, can you believe it?\u2019 <\/p>\n

They always [say] \u2018Yeah, bup, bup, bup, bup, bup, bup, Trump. Bup bup bup bup bup bup bup bup bup bup bup bup.\u2019 Your brain is broken. Your brain is broken,\u201d he began. \u201cYou don\u2019t get it. Because here\u2019s the thing. What the Democrats have done for, I don\u2019t know, 12 years, have taken this moral high ground that we\u2019re the righteous party, the truth, honesty, integrity. And Trump is a threat to democracy. He\u2019s Hitler, and he\u2019s a Nazi, and this, and that. <\/p>\n

And then the Democrats, whether it\u2019s the primary or this, time and again, they\u2019re worse than anything Trump has ever done. So if you\u2019re like \u2018bup, bup, bup, bup, bup,\u2019 it\u2019s not that. It\u2019s the lecturing, it\u2019s the Democrats, this engine just lying straight to our face, pretending they\u2019re the moral, righteous authority, and thinking the American people are so stupid that we don\u2019t see through it. Blow up the Democratic Party!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
