The failing leftwing New York Times has apparently seized on what they perceive as an opportunity to take the Rumble video streaming platform down with a scheme to write a hit piece on the platform and its creators over advertisements targeting those who are preparing for a global conflict or crisis.<\/strong><\/p>\n They don\u2019t care about leftist news outlets pushing COVID-19 propaganda and lies while taking money from Pfizer, noted Jake Pentland, the son of Rosanne Barr. Unlike the COVID hoax and vaccine pushers, Rumble commentators are actually telling the truth about the current dangers.<\/p>\n Elon Musk has a convincing argument for why the \u201ctraditional media\u201d is trying to take down platforms like Rumble and his own space, X.<\/p>\n In a recent clip Musk reposted on X, he reveals exactly why the mainstream media tries to discredit his platform, noting, \u201cTraditional media is a competitor to Twitter, so they compete for your advertising dollars\u2026 against Twitter.\u201d<\/p>\n The same can be said for Rumble, which provides creators with free streaming platforms as the population turns away from cable TV and mainstream news outlets.<\/p>\n \u201cYou shouldn\u2019t take a competitor\u2019s word for it,\u201d says Musk.<\/p>\n\n Musk reposted the clip, highlighting his own comments, stating, \u201cObviously.\u201d<\/p>\n Obviously https:\/\/t.co\/LslC2WDBHW<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Elon Musk (@elonmusk) December 2, 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Conservative comedian Rosanne Barr\u2019s son, Jake Pentland on Monday\u00a0posted<\/a>\u00a0screenshots of an email he received from a New York Times reporter on X, commenting, \u201cNYT\u2019s is Running another hit piece on real news organizations to Cover up their blatant bulls*it.\u201d<\/p>\n New York Times author Stuart Thompson\u00a0is apparently mentioning The Roseanne Barr Podcast in his piece about \u201cthe universe of content that exists on Rumble, its audience, and how the news\/opinion on Rumble contrasts with coverage from other news sources.\u201d<\/p>\n Thompson wrote Pentland, noting, \u201cTo complete the story, I\u00a0deleted my other news sources and relied on Rumble for all\u00a0my news for a week.\u201d<\/p>\n You\u2019d think he learned a thing or two.<\/p>\n From the email:<\/p>\n is how the work is mentioned in the story:<\/p>\n as a video that shows Jake and Roseanne advertising TWC.Health, with ad copy that says \u201cwe are on the brink of nuclear war.\u201d<\/p>\n this clip is included in a portion of the story that talks about how many Rumble creators emphasized how nuclear war with Russia was more or less imminent, and how sometimes those warnings turned into ads for products<\/p>\n I\u2019m hoping the show would have a comment to share about this or its work more broadly on Rumble.
