As Jim Hoft reported<\/a> earlier, New York City subway hero Daniel Penny today was set free by a jury of his peers for killing a deranged felon named Jordan Neely on a New York City subway back in 2023.<\/p>\n

The jury found Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Neely\u200b. A second-degree manslaughter charge was previously dismissed <\/a>by Judge Maxwell Wiley after the jury declared a deadlock Friday, indicating they could not reach a unanimous decision on it.<\/p>\n

Penny pleaded not guilty to all charges.<\/p>\n

Following the verdict, racial agitators erupted in anger. This included Jordan Neely\u2019s \u2018father,\u2019 who abandoned<\/a> his son at a young age.<\/p>\n

But the most chilling behavior arguably came from Hawk Newsome, who founded BLM of Greater New York. Newsome went before the national media and uttered what could be regarded as a chilling threat.<\/p>\n

Newsome called for \u2018black vigilantes\u2019 to be unleashed on the public and seemingly suggested they could kill white people for running their mouths. He then said black people must hold community events to discuss \u2018what they need\u2019 to carry out their actions.<\/p>\n

Will law enforcement investigate this statement as a threat?<\/p>\n

NEWSOME: It\u2019s like everybody else has vigilantes! We need some black vigilantes!<\/p>\n

People want to jump up and choke US?! And kill us for being loud! How about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us?<\/p>\n

I know you are looking for us to be like, \u2018Go and march.\u2019 No. This weekend, I want you to hold a community event everywhere\u2026Black people hold community events and talk about what you need.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Before his speech, Newsome also reportedly shouted <\/a>\u201cIt\u2019s a small world, buddy!\u201d in the courtroom after Penny was found not guilty.<\/p>\n

The Gateway Pundit previously reported<\/a> that the trial of Penny, a former Marine, centered around the events on May 1, 2023, when an unhinged Neely boarded an F train, displaying erratic behavior, including shouting threats at passengers.<\/p>\n

Penny placed Neely in a chokehold<\/a> for several minutes, a technique he had learned during his military service. Neely stopped moving and was later pronounced dead.<\/p>\n

The incident was captured on video, prompting public outcry and debate across America.<\/p>\n

Neely was a long-time troublemaker who had been arrested 42 times<\/a> over the last decade. His most recent arrest was in November 2021 for assaulting a helpless 67-year-old woman.<\/p>\n

He also pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping <\/a>in 2015 for dragging a 7-year-old girl down a street.<\/p>\n
