Geraldo Rivera has stated that he wants to \u201cpunch Stephen Miller in the nose\u201d over his immigration policies.<\/h3>\n

Miller will serve as Donald Trump\u2019s homeland security advisor and deputy chief of staff for policy.<\/p>\n

Rivera was discussing Trump\u2019s immigration policies on The Beat<\/em> on MSNBC when he brought up his violent fantasy about Miller.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Trump transition team wants to do what they call a D.C.-area showcase immigration raid in the first days,\u201d host Ari Melber told Rivera.<\/p>\n

Melber continued, \u201c[T]his would be a quote, \u2018high-profile raid targeting undocumented immigrants in its initial days\u2026\u2019 I\u2019m curious what you think of this because I\u2019ve covered this. I\u2019ve had Stephen Miller on the show. I think we can stipulate that there are debates about immigration in this country and undocumented immigration has been rising. And there\u2019s a question about how to deal with that in a holistic way that is humane, but protects national security.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know, I\u2019m an old man now,\u201d Rivera replied. \u201cI\u2019ve been a boxer all my life. I\u2019ve given it up because of my frailty. But I would come back to punch Stephen Miller in the nose because he is the most hideous in terms of his policy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rivera continued, \u201cI don\u2019t know the guy personally. In terms of his policy, he is absolutely draconian. He\u2019s the definition of it. He doesn\u2019t want to resolve the issue. He wants to scapegoat certain people that will in his mind\u2026 would resound favorably to President Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe prides himself on being a dealmaker,\u201d Rivera said. \u201cHe did it in his other life when I knew him better. Now make a deal.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is not the first time in recent months that Rivera has sounded completely unhinged on live television.<\/p>\n

In November, Rivera claimed that he \u201cthrew up in his mouth\u201d upon learning of President-elect Trump\u2019s nomination of Matt Gaetz for Attorney General.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I heard that Matt Gaetz was picked to be attorney general, I threw up in my mouth,\u201d Rivera told NewsNation host Leland Vittert. \u201cI think it is a horrible, creepy choice. I have no idea why he did it.\u201d<\/p>\n
