Dirty Special Counsel Jack Smith has officially resigned from the Department of Justice after \u2018completing\u2019 his hit-job on President Trump.<\/p>\n

Politico just reported <\/a>that word of Smith\u2019s resignation came in a court filing DOJ officials submitted to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon this afternoon. The filing shows Smith quietly stepped down Friday without fanfare on Friday.<\/p>\n

This news comes less than one week <\/a>after Smith\u2019s top hatchet man Jay Bratt, abruptly resigned from the Justice Department.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported <\/a>that Smith was planning to step down and file a report before Trump was sworn in.<\/p>\n

Smith\u2019s legacy will be tyranny and vendetta against the soon-to-be 47th President.<\/p>\n

Corrupt US Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed <\/a>Smith as special counsel to investigate whether criminal charges should be filed against Trump in November 2022 just one day after Trump announced a 2024 White House run.<\/p>\n

Smith spent over $50 million<\/a> of taxpayer money to hunt down Trump for non-crimes.<\/p>\n

Smith indicted Trump on 37 <\/a>federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which Secret Service agents protected. These included 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and six other process crimes from his conversations with his attorney.<\/p>\n

In July 2023, Jack Smith hit Trump with three <\/a>additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. The superseding <\/a>indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, falsely claimed Trump was part of a scheme to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n

Then, in September 2023, Trump was charged with four <\/a>counts in Smith\u2019s garbage January 6 case in DC. These were: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.<\/p>\n
