But across the pond, a generation of failed Globalist \u2018leaders\u2019 is scrambling to counteract that, and keep things as they are in terms of online censorship to carry their political narratives alive.<\/p>\n

So, yesterday (17) Brussels showed their intent to fully unleash its infamous Digital Services Act (DSA) against tech billionaire-turned-Trump trusted advisor Elon Musk.<\/p>\n

The DSA has been demonstrated to be a new form of censorship in Europe, incompatible with real European values or the Charter of Fundamental Rights.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, CIA-linked Newsguard is mentioned to have being heavily involved in the implementation of the nefarious act.<\/p>\n

Now, with Musk flexing his geopolitical muscles, \u2018regulators\u2019 in thew EU refused to scale down an investigation of social media network X.<\/p>\n

The European Commission offered an illegal secret deal: if we quietly censored speech without telling anyone, they would not fine us.<\/p>\n

The other platforms accepted that deal.<\/p>\n

\u201cRegulators in Brussels said they would expand an investigation into X for potential violation of a law, called the Digital Services Act, intended to clamp down on online disinformation and illegal content. Officials said they had ordered X to hand over internal documents about the company\u2019s recommendation algorithm, as well as provide access to data that would allow regulators to study the platform\u2019s content moderation policies and understand why material on certain accounts may go viral.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018We are committed to ensuring that every platform operating in the E.U. respects our legislation, which aims to make the online environment fair, safe and democratic for all European citizens\u2019, said Henna Virkkunen, the European Commission\u2019s executive vice president for tech sovereignty, security and democracy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The DSA, gives allows regulators to force social media companies to \u2018police their platforms for hate speech, misinformation and illegal content\u2019 \u2013 that is to say, enforce their censorship and political narratives, and ban unwanted truths.<\/p>\n

As Musk cut back on X\u2019s \u2018content moderation policies\u2019 (a.k.a. censorship), the now-year-old probe began.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe investigation of X has illuminated a widening trans-Atlantic divide over the issue of free speech. In the United States, the First Amendment provides wide protections for even the most offensive things people can say, and Mr. Musk and Vice President-elect JD Vance have criticized E.U. laws as a form of government censorship. European officials see some restrictions on speech as a necessary way to protect democracy and religious and ethnic minority groups.<\/em><\/p>\n

More battles loom. Meta, the owner of Facebook and Instagram, is also under investigation for violating the Digital Services Act. Mark Zuckerberg, the company\u2019s chief executive, recently criticized the European Union when announcing that the company would end its fact-checking program in the United States and end some global restrictions on what people can say on issues like immigration and transgender rights.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

No one knows when this investigation will end, but yesterday EU regulators ordered X to preserve internal documents and other information that could be part of the probe until the end of the year.<\/p>\n
