As Jim Hoft reported<\/a> earlier, Joe Biden pardoned Tony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and the entire J6 Select Committee of liars in his final act as president.<\/p>\n

They were all faithful servants to the Democrat machine. Now comes their reward.<\/p>\n

Now, we learn Biden has extended one final middle finger to the victims of J6 by pardoning all of the Capitol police officers who testified regarding the J6 protests. This means a full pardon<\/a> to incompetent US Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who killed Air Force veteran and American war hero Ashli Babbitt. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Biden, though, sees nothing wrong with pardoning a man many feel is guilty of cold-blooded murder.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven when individuals have done nothing wrong-and in fact have done the right thing-and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage reputations and finances,\u201d Biden wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is why I am exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee<\/strong>, he added. \u201cThe issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOur nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.\u201d<\/p>\n

As TGP\u2019s Brian Lupo noted<\/a>, video evidence captured Byrd shooting an unarmed Babbitt without warning as she attempted to climb through a narrow window near a barricaded entryway to the Speaker of the House\u2019s office area in the U.S. Capitol.<\/p>\n

Following an investigation, Byrd was cleared of any wrongdoing, although questions remain about the escalation to lethal force without attempts to subdue or detain Babbitt.<\/p>\n

In the video, other armed law enforcement officers are visible in the background, appearing available to provide backup if needed.<\/p>\n

In addition to Byrd leaving his Glock 22 service weapon in a Visitor\u2019s Center bathroom in February 2019, Byrd also had his police powers revoked on several occasions for failing to meet semi-annual firearms qualifications standards.<\/p>\n

Byrd expressed<\/a> defiance after being pressed about killing Babbitt during a NBC interview months following the killing. He claimed that he saved \u201ccountless lives\u201d by killing Babbitt.<\/p>\n

He also whined that he has been getting death threats since killing the Air Force veteran. The officer said that it was \u201cdisheartening\u201d and that he was simply \u201cdoing my job.\u201d<\/p>\n
