President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to officially withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO), citing its failure to hold China accountable and its role in pushing radical globalist health agendas that undermine American sovereignty.<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s executive order will halt all U.S. funding to the WHO, redirecting those resources to domestic health initiatives that prioritize American interests and values.<\/p>\n

WHO has long pointed to its mishandling of global health crises, its cozy relationship with China, and its dangerous push for vaccine mandates and digital health passports.<\/p>\n

Recall that the Biden regime publicly\u00a0affirmed\u00a0their commitment<\/a> to a \u201clegally-binding\u201d\u00a0accord<\/a> back in 2023, which will give the World Health Organization (WHO) control over U.S. pandemic policies, though work remains in certain areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once a health emergency is declared every signatory, including the United States, must submit to the authority of the WHO. This includes caving to them on treatments, lockdowns and vaccine mandates along with government surveillance.<\/p>\n

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:<\/p>\n

Section 1.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Purpose. \u00a0<\/em>The United States noticed its withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 due to the organization\u2019s mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic that arose out of Wuhan, China, and other global health crises, its failure to adopt urgently needed reforms, and its inability to demonstrate independence from the inappropriate political influence of WHO member states. \u00a0In addition, the WHO continues to demand unfairly onerous payments from the United States, far out of proportion with other countries\u2019 assessed payments.\u00a0 China, with a population of 1.4 billion, has 300 percent of the population of the United States, yet contributes nearly 90 percent less to the WHO.<\/p>\n

Sec. 2.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Actions.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0(a)\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>The United States intends to withdraw from the WHO.\u00a0 The Presidential Letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations signed on January 20, 2021, that retracted the United States\u2019 July 6, 2020, notification of withdrawal is revoked.<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0 Executive Order 13987 of January 25, 2021 (Organizing and Mobilizing the United States Government to Provide a Unified and Effective Response to Combat COVID\u201319 and to Provide United States Leadership on Global Health and Security), is revoked.<\/p>\n

(c) \u00a0The Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs shall establish directorates and coordinating mechanisms within the National Security Council apparatus as he deems necessary and appropriate to safeguard public health and fortify biosecurity.<\/p>\n

(d)\u00a0 The Secretary of State and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall take appropriate measures, with all practicable speed, to:<\/p>\n

(i) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0pause the future transfer of any United States Government funds, support, or resources to the WHO;<\/p>\n

(ii) \u00a0\u00a0recall and reassign United States Government personnel or contractors working in any capacity with the WHO; and<\/p>\n

(iii) \u00a0identify credible and transparent United States and international partners to assume necessary activities previously undertaken by the WHO.<\/p>\n

(e) \u00a0The Director of the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy shall review, rescind, and replace the 2024 U.S. Global Health Security Strategy as soon as practicable.<\/p>\n

Sec. 3. \u00a0Notification. \u00a0The Secretary of State shall immediately inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations, any other applicable depositary, and the leadership of the WHO of the withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Sec. 4. \u00a0Global System Negotiations. \u00a0While withdrawal is in progress, the Secretary of State will cease negotiations on the WHO Pandemic Agreement and the amendments to the International Health Regulations, and actions taken to effectuate such agreement and amendments will have no binding force on the United States.<\/p>\n

Sec. 5.\u00a0 General Provisions.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0(a) \u00a0Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:<\/p>\n

(i)\u00a0\u00a0 the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or<\/p>\n

(ii)\u00a0 the<\/a>\u00a0functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0 This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.<\/p>\n

(c)\u00a0 This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
