Corrupt Obama judge Beryl Howell ruled <\/a>in favor of Perkins Coie law firm on Friday and permanently blocked President Trump\u2019s executive order.<\/p>\n

President Trump previously stripped <\/a>security clearances of the employees at DNC law firm Perkins Coie.<\/p>\n

Recall that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid law firm Perkins Coie more than $1 million to hire oppo research firm Fusion GPS to peddle the bogus \u2018Trump-Russia\u2019 dossier during the 2016 election.<\/p>\n

Former British spy Christopher Steele compiled over a dozen memos alleging the Russians had blackmail on Trump and that his associates were conspiring with the Kremlin to win the 2016 election.<\/p>\n

The memos were made into a largely debunked dossier that was eventually published by BuzzFeed on January 10, 2017.<\/p>\n

Perkins Coie and Hillary Clinton were behind the hoax.<\/p>\n

Judge Beryl Howell previously blocked <\/a>part of President Trump\u2019s executive order barring employees from DNC law firm Perkins Coie from entering federal buildings.<\/p>\n

Beryl Howell granted Perkins Coie\u2019s request for a TRO for part of Trump\u2019s executive order and said the president violated the law firm\u2019s due process.<\/p>\n

During a hearing last week, Beryl Howell accused <\/a>DOJ lawyers of acting like 3-year-olds who throw temper tantrums.<\/p>\n

The judge compared Trump\u2019s executive action against Perkins Coie and other law firms to the \u201cRed Scare.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Friday, Judge Howell went off on Trump and said his action \u201cdraws from a playbook as old as Shakespeare, who penned the phrase: \u201cThe first thing we do, let\u2019s kill all the lawyers.\u201d<\/p>\n

A federal judge ruled Friday that President Trump\u2019s executive order targeting the law firm Perkins Coie is unconstitutional and permanently blocked the administration from enforcing it.<\/p>\n

In a 102-page decision, U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell ruled in favor of the firm and said Mr. Trump\u2019s directive that sought to punish it sent the message that \u201clawyers must stick to the party line, or else.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cUsing the powers of the federal government to target lawyers for their representation of clients and avowed progressive employment policies in an overt attempt to suppress and punish certain viewpoints, however, is contrary to the Constitution, which requires that the government respond to dissenting or unpopular speech or ideas with \u2018tolerance, not coercion,’\u201d Howell wrote.<\/p>\n

She found that the executive order violates the First, Fifth and Sixth amendments to the Constitution.\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
