Active members of the ABA are already the most left-wing and activist lawyers compared to most attorneys just working for clients.<\/p>\n

Jackson openly urged lawyers to fight<\/a> the Trump Administration, with very few coy, thinly-veiled allusions.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe judiciary has really turned into fighting a war against Donald Trump and what he stands for, and we cannot allow this to go unanswered,\u201d Moseley told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheir plan: if they can stop the President, they can stop all of us.\u00a0 We used to be able to trust the Supreme Court to correct abuses, but the Supreme Court has gone woke.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moseley adds that the Justices have misunderstood \u201cSupreme\u201d and let that word go to their heads.\u00a0 \u201cJustice Amy Comey Barrett now seems to be getting her legal briefings and scorn for Trump from MSNBC.\u201d<\/p>\n

The proposed measure argues that the current system has enabled lower courts to undermine justice.\u00a0 \u201cCongress cannot change the existence of the Supreme Court because it\u2019s in the Constitution,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

But the bill would rescind the Rules Enabling Act (28 U.S.C. \u00a7\u00a7 2071\u20132077), which delegated Congress\u2019s constitutional power to the Supreme Court to establish how lower federal courts operate.<\/p>\n
