On Wednesday May 21, former US Attorney, New York City mayor, and author of The Biden Crime Family: The Blueprint for Their Prosecution<\/em>, Rudy Giuliani, joined Steve Bannon\u2019s War Room to discuss his current strategies for prosecuting the Biden family.<\/p>\n

Giuliani balanced his prosecutorial blueprint with unabashed commentary on Joe Biden\u2019s lack of mental soundness.<\/p>\n

Then, Giuliani unleashed his evidentiary framework regarding the Biden family\u2019s quid pro quos with foreign nations.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe people who covered this up \u2013 it is treason,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf the President of the United States is non compus mentis [not of sound mind, thus legally incompetent], we are double-crossing our country, to let him stay there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIn my book [The Biden Crime Family<\/em>], I go back to something in Hunter Biden\u2019s hard drive. This was available to the FBI and Attorney General in December of 2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHunter Biden\u2019s questionable psychiatrist, Keith Ablow, said, \u2018Does [Joe Biden] recall details, with the dementia he has?’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHunter said, \u2018Not much, these days.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAblow said, \u2018Any man who can triumph over dementia is a giant.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHunter said, \u2018That made me laugh out loud.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey go on talking about Joe Biden\u2019s dementia. That was available almost a year before Joe Biden stood for office.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMuch more evidence was available to FBI Director, Chris Wray, and Attorney General Bill Barr. They let Trump get impeached, when they had definitive evidence that the whole [Trump impeachment regarding] the conversation with Zelensky and Ukraine was a total put-up job.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t understand why Barr\u2019s not under investigation. I don\u2019t understand why the former head of the FBI, Comey\u2019s, not in jail,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

If President Trump appoints Giuliani as Special Counsel, Giuliani has already established his blueprint for prosecuting the Biden family, post-presidency.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would have to start several investigations \u2013 then, see if they could be merged into one,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, I would do the investigation outlined in my book \u2013 the RICO Case against the Biden crime family. There would be four specific predicate acts of bribery: they would involve Russia, Ukraine, China \u2013 probably about eight separate bribes from China.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll give you an example of a quid pro quo from China. Joe Biden got together over $31 million, that we can count, from China. The first thing he does when he gets his hands on Afghanistan: he gives up the Bagram Air Base, 400 miles from China.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNo American in their right mind would give it up, unless the American were bribed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe never did anything for us to pursue [reparations] from China for Covid. He allowed fentanyl to come into this country at records that exceed any other American presidency, almost combined.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018There are plenty of quid pro quos for the Chinese money he got \u2013 that no sane, or insane president, would do,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

Giuliani demystified the nuance regarding the procedures by which to prosecute the post-presidency family, alarmingly the recipients of blanket pardons, issued by Joe Biden on January 20, 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou would put them all in front of a Grand Jury. That\u2019s very different from those silly Congressional Hearings,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe power of a Grand Jury is enormous. Here\u2019s the Catch-22: Biden\u2019s family has to testify. They have no ability not to testify. If they indeed have a blanket pardon, then they can\u2019t incriminate themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf they don\u2019t testify, you put them in jail. And if they commit perjury, you prosecute them. This is a necessary way to clean up this horrible system of justice we have, and finally make it equal, and fair, for all,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

Giuliani stressed the reasons that he presumes to be best-suited for the duties of Special Counsel.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am the best guy to do this \u2013 in terms of knowledge, experience, and having never lost a case as a prosecutor \u2013 including some of the most difficult cases of the 20th Century,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would get the people who helped me crush the Mafia, and some of the younger [attorneys] who are doing a great job.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think there\u2019s anybody that knows the case better. If the thought was that somebody else should be the one to [prosecute], I\u2019d be more than happy to be Special Advisor, and help them to show the way through it. Anything, to get justice,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

Giuliani cautioned that no entity complicit with the Biden family would remain off-limits during Giuliani\u2019s investigation.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery single one of them sitting in that cabinet room, watching [Biden] drivel, had the responsibility to [pursue the 25th Amendment], and for four years, they sold out their country \u2013 including his wife, children, and family,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve got [up to] 8 different conspiracies here \u2013 crimes. This family in the White House \u2013 when I say the Biden crime family \u2013 this was the most criminal, perverted family to ever occupy the office of President of the United States. From big crimes to little crimes, they all were committed. And the fact that it isn\u2019t uncovered makes it possible for these Democrats [and Deep State] to believe they can do it again,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

Regarding the complications of Joe Biden\u2019s recent diagnosis with prostate cancer, Giuliani pointed to his own history with this disease, for which he has become a spokesperson. Giuliani also implied that a medical coverup took place between Biden\u2019s family, his doctors, and his staff.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had prostate cancer 25 years ago. I\u2019ve been cured of prostate cancer for 25 years. My father died of prostate cancer, because they didn\u2019t have a test, then. There\u2019s no way in the world you develop that cancer in two days \u2013 more like 20 years,\u201d Giuliani said.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, although Americans should always wish each other well regarding their personal health, Americans should not allow the health concerns of elected leaders to jeopardize the People\u2019s business in federal government.<\/p>\n
