President Trump on Wednesday nominated DOJ pitbull Emil Bove to serve as a judge on the Philadelphia-based Third Circuit Court of Appeals.<\/p>\n

Emil is a distinguished graduate of Georgetown Law, and served as Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York for nearly a decade, where he was the Co-Chief of the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit. Emil is SMART, TOUGH, and respected by everyone. He will end the Weaponization of Justice, restore the Rule of Law, and do anything else that is necessary to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. Emil Bove served as Acting Deputy Attorney General before Todd Blanche took the position.<\/p>\n

During his time as Acting DAG, Emil Bove fired federal prosecutors in the SDNY and dropped corruption charges against NYC Mayor Eric Adams.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year Acting US Attorney for the SDNY Danielle Sassoon abruptly resigned just a few days after she was ordered to drop charges against NYC Mayor Eric Adams.<\/p>\n

Emil Bove blasted <\/a>Danielle Sassoon after she abruptly resigned in a blistering 8-page letter.<\/p>\n

Bove said the DOJ will not tolerate the misconduct and insubordination.<\/p>\n

After Sassoon stepped down, several other federal prosecutors followed her lead and resigned in protest.<\/p>\n

Emil Bove had it and gave the remaining lawyers an option: drop the Adams case as instructed \u2013 or everyone will be fired.<\/p>\n

Emil Bove asserted his authority after he pulled all of the remaining Public Integrity lawyers into one room and gave them one hour to decide who will dismiss Adams\u2019 indictment or else everyone would be fired.<\/p>\n
