Joe Biden is back!<\/p>\n

82-year-old Biden delivered remarks at a Memorial Day Event in New Castle, Delaware, on Friday.<\/p>\n

This is the first time Biden has spoken publicly since his cancer diagnosis. Or rather, since Biden admitted he has metastatic cancer. Medical experts believe Biden may have been suffering from prostate cancer for years.<\/p>\n

Joe Biden looked frail as he exited his vehicle and made his way over to the event.<\/p>\n

Of course, Biden made the Memorial Day speech about himself and implied his son, Beau, died while serving in Iraq.<\/p>\n

Beau Biden died of brain cancer at Walter Reed in Bethesda, Maryland, in 2015.<\/p>\n

Biden is not a Gold Star dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know for many of you, Memorial Day, like for us, is deeply personal. For the Bidens, this day is the 10th anniversary of loss of my son Beau, who spent a year in Iraq. To be honest, it\u2019s a hard day,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n

At one point, Joe Biden began shouting out of nowhere: \u201cI\u2019m an American! That\u2019s who I am! I\u2019m serious about this! I\u2019m not joking!\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden also botched the Declaration of Independence.<\/p>\n
