There\u2019s never a dull day in the High-Profile criminal trial of disgraced rap mogul Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs.<\/p>\n

In its fifth week, the trial saw today the last day of direct testimony of \u2018Jane\u2019 the influencer who was his \u2018girlfriend\u2019 until he was arrested.<\/p>\n

Jane has told the jury a very similar story of violence, beatings and said she was coerced into participating in the endless drug-fueled sex marathons they called \u2018Hotel Nights\u2019.<\/p>\n

Today, she told the jury that Diddy kept having \u2018freak-offs\u2019 even after the feds raided his homes in March 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n

New York Post<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019Jane\u2019, Combs\u2019 influencer girlfriend until his September arrest, testified that after the pair were on a break the hip-hop mogul wooed her back despite her repeatedly telling him she felt used by his relentless pressure for her to continuously partake in \u2018hotel nights\u2019 \u2014 also called \u2018freak-offs\u2019.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Jane told the jury Diddy didn\u2019t stop the \u2018freakoff\u2019 even after the Feds raided his houses.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Jane flew to Miami and Los Angeles in May, July and August of 2024 for sex marathons; Diddy was arrested a month later, on Sept. 16.<\/p>\n

An emotional Jane told the jury that Diddy repeatedly threatened to release sex tapes of her having sex with male escorts.<\/p>\n

At one point, she was extorted by a porn star involved in the \u2018Hotel Nights\u2019 named \u2018Sly\u2019, who demanded $10,000 after the feds raided Combs\u2019 homes.<\/p>\n

Diddy and her lawyer managed the issue without paying.<\/p>\n

Then, Jane testified that she \u201cgot a call from a \u2018really big media company\u2019 telling her \u2018they had just bought the [sex] tape and that they were about to publish it and do I have any comment\u2019. <\/em><\/p>\n

Jane says she fainted and called her lawyer. The video never came out and Jane still doesn\u2019t know why.<\/p>\n

Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs agreed to pay his influencer ex $450,000 in \u201creimbursement\u201d for their relationship, according to her testimony.<\/p>\n

At one point, the influencer girlfriend \u2018Jane\u2019 texted Diddy that she felt like \u2018a side chick and a sex worker\u2019 in their relationship.<\/p>\n

Diddy\u2019s defense has again filed a \u2018motion to dismiss\u2019 the trial.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

While all this is going on, Defense lawyers for Diddy are again<\/em> asking the judge to declare a mistrial based on what they say amounted to prosecutorial misconduct.<\/p>\n

ABC News<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n

\u201cIn a letter filed on Saturday, defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro alleged that federal prosecutors presented \u2018demonstrably false\u2019 evidence related to the allegation that Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan \u2014 a longtime friend of Combs\u2019 ex-girlfriend and star witness Cassie Ventura \u2014 off a 17th floor apartment balcony in Los Angeles in 2016.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Diddy\u2019s lawyers are accusing Bongolan of perjury.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile Bongolan testified that she was able to document her injuries from the attack on September 26, defense attorneys showed the jury hotel receipts to prove that Combs was in New York between Sept. 24 and 29, 2016.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018The government knew or should have known this testimony was perjured, and that Ms. Bongolan could not possibly have been injured by Mr. Combs on a Los Angeles balcony in the early morning hours of September 26, or even the day before that\u2019, Shapiro wrote.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
