Democrat Senator Alex Padilla got choked up and whined after he was arrested for crashing a press briefing and lunging at DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.<\/p>\n

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem briefed reporters on the ongoing immigration raids and riots in Los Angeles when Senator Padilla appeared to aggressively approach the podium.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have questions for the Secretary because the fact of the matter is half a dozen violent criminals that you\u2019re rotating on your \u2014 hands off!\u201d Padilla shouted as he was removed from the room.<\/p>\n

According to the DHS, Senator Padilla was repeatedly told to back away and did not comply with officers\u2019 commands. The Secret Service thought Padilla was an attacker.<\/p>\n

Padilla was not wearing his Senate security pin and he did not immediately identify himself.<\/p>\n

FBI agents forcibly removed Padilla, slammed him to the ground and cuffed him. The California Senator was immediately released. <\/p>\n

Padilla acted like the victim after his stunt and claimed he was tackled to the ground for simply wanting to ask Noem a question.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt one point I had a question. And so I began to ask a question. I was almost immediately forcibly removed from the room, I was forced to the ground and I was handcuffed,\u201d Padilla said.<\/p>\n

He conveniently forgot to mention that he barged into the briefing room and lunged at Kristi Noem without identifying himself. <\/p>\n
