Yesterday, TGP released a report about former and fired \u2018FBI\u2019 Agent Peter Strzok.<\/p>\n

Today we have much more\u2026<\/p>\n

President Trump declassified a number of documents<\/a> related to the Deep State\u2019s attempted coup of his administration only days before he left office.\u00a0 More than a foot-high pile of documents were declassified by President Trump at this time.\u00a0 The Deep State FBI reportedly held on to these documents and would not release them up to that time.\u00a0 This was reported by Lou Dobbs on FOX Business on January 14, 2021.\u00a0 (Note that The Gateway Pundit was noted in this segment as well for its reporting on the Jan 6 Capitol protests where we already knew that there were bad actors involved.)<\/p>\n\n

On January 19, 2021, President Trump made it official and per a memorandum<\/a> announced he was releasing a trove of documents related to the Deep State Russiagate scam.\u00a0 President Trump noted that the FBI objected to his declassification request on January 17, a few days earlier.\u00a0 Nevertheless, President Trump ordered the documents to be released.<\/p>\n

Much later, in February of 2022, Senator Chuck Grassley released a report<\/a> where the noted that these documents that were declassified by President Trump have never been released by the Deep State FBI.<\/p>\n

More than a year after then-President Trump directed details of the government\u2019s Crossfire Hurricane investigation to be declassified, the Justice Department continues to hide those important records.\u00a0 Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Ranking Member Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) today are calling on the department to promptly comply with the declassification directive.<\/div>\n

\u201cWe remain concerned that over one year from the date then-President Trump directed the Justice Department to declassify certain Crossfire Hurricane records the Justice Department has not only failed to declassify a single page, the Department has failed to identify for Congress records that it knows with certainty to be covered by the declassification directive.,\u201d the senators wrote\u00a0in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland.<\/div>\n
Next, in March of 2022, President Trump sued Hillary Clinton and members of the Deep State.\u00a0 Along with Hillary and her campaign team<\/a> of John Podesta and Robert Mook, and others, President Trump singled out five specific individuals who worked with or for the FBI \u2013 James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Kevin Clinesmith.<\/div>\n

President Trump Sues Hillary Clinton and Host of Others in RICO Suit Over Russia Collusion Hoax<\/a><\/p>\n\n

President Trump\u2019s team added more to this case<\/a> in June 2022, while Hillary and the others identified in the case asked to be removed from the case.<\/p>\n

Then on July 22, 2022, the judge over the case at that time, U.S. District Judge\u00a0Donald M. Middlebrooks, who was appointed by Bill Clinton, whose wife Hillary is named in the case, agreed to remove the five FBI-related individuals<\/a> from the case and insert the DOJ in their place.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A federal judge has removed\u00a0fired FBI director<\/a>\u00a0James Comey<\/strong>,\u00a0fired FBI Deputy Director<\/a>\u00a0Andrew McCabe<\/strong>,\u00a0fired FBI agent<\/a>\u00a0Peter Strzok<\/strong>,\u00a0resigned<\/a>\u00a0FBI lawyer\u00a0Lisa Page<\/strong>, and\u00a0former<\/a>\u00a0FBI lawyer<\/a>\u00a0Kevin Clinesmith<\/strong>\u00a0as personal defendants in\u00a0Donald Trump\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0RICO lawsuit against\u00a0Hillary Clinton<\/strong> and other individuals and institutions\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026Judge Middlebrooks agreed to substitute the government as a defendant instead of Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, and Clinesmith. However, Middlebrooks chose not to immediately rule on the broader request to jettison the litigation against the government as a substituted party.<\/p>\n

In his three-page order, Middlebrooks characterized Trump\u2019s lawsuit as \u201csprawling\u201d and recited, without much additional commentary, the rote mechanisms of Westfall Act Substitution: individuals were sued; they were acting within the scope of their employment as ascertained by the Attorney General; and the court \u201cwas required\u201d to accept the Attorney General\u2019s certification.<\/p>\n

Middlebrooks noted that he could technically determine that the named federal officers were \u201cacting outside the scope of [their] employment\u201d and that Trump could \u201clitigate the question\u201d if he so chooses. If Trump does contest the matter, Trump\u00a0\u201chas the burden of altering the status quo by proving that the employee acted outside the scope of employment.\u201d That will be difficult to overcome, Middlebrooks suggested, because the AG\u2019s \u201ccertification constitutes\u00a0prima facie<\/em>\u00a0evidence that the employees were acting within the scope of their employment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, and Clinesmith all now\u00a0appear as terminated parties<\/a>\u00a0in the court docket.<\/p>\n

Judge Middlebrook<\/span> never should have made that ruling and never should have taken over the case.\u00a0 He should have recused himself<\/span>.\u00a0 His appointment to the court was made by Bill Clinton \u2013 Hillary Clinton\u2019s husband!\u00a0 Also, the bigger item of note is why did the DOJ offer to substitute these five individuals in the first place?\u00a0 Three<\/span> were fired, a fourth was convicted of at least one crime related to the case, and the other, Lisa Page, resigned from the FBI.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

When in US history has the government represented fired employees and a convicted former employee, all who participated in what most all Americans would consider a coup of the Trump Presidency, in a court case against them?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
