We reported a week ago<\/a> that an up and coming GOP superstar in the Florida House was targeted by the Biden regime\u2019s DOJ and falsely charged of bogus criminal actions only two working days before President Trump\u2019s inauguration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We never thought we would see in our country an Administration (the Biden regime) target its enemies with false charges, pushed by corrupt prosecutors, in corrupt courts.\u00a0 No one was safe.\u00a0 President Trump, his closest associates, his supporters, and everyone who stood up against the Biden regime\u2019s unconstitutional and America-destroying acts were targets.<\/p>\n

Amesty, a conservative firebrand winning her seat during the difficult 2022 midterm elections, quickly\u00a0became a leading voice against human trafficking<\/a> in the Florida state house, championing the cause of helping victims in the legislature. She did so while being an unabashed supporter of President Trump, helping to expand the GOP tent to Hispanics. When an opportunity arose to destroy Amesty\u2019s political star, the Biden DOJ snapped into action\u2026<\/p>\n

Amesty, a conservative firebrand winning her seat during the difficult 2022 midterm elections, quickly\u00a0became a leading voice against human trafficking<\/a> in the Florida state house, championing the cause of helping victims in the legislature. Ms. Amesty was strong as she pushed laws that would protect children and families.\u00a0 She was behind the Florida bill that prevented girls as young as 17 from working in strip clubs across the state.\u00a0 She was doing what she promised.\u00a0 Here she is celebrating the new bill and thanking Governor DeSantis for his support.<\/p>\n\n

On April 17, 2023, Amesty joined Florida Governor DeSantis in standing up for American children and against Disney\u2019s promotion of a woke ideology.\u00a0 She shared:<\/p>\n

\u2026because we treat all corporations equally and Disney is no exception, it is time for Disney Executives to have a sober conversation and retake the company from the radical ideologies that have hijacked it.\u00a0 You are in the business of entertaining Children and Families, you are not in the business of social re-engineering or promoting radical political ideologies and if you think you are, we have good news for you as our great Governor has said, Florida is the\u00a0place where woke goes to die. Thank you<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Biden regime could no longer take it.\u00a0 They had to take this rising star out.\u00a0 She was a threat to their woke ideologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Amesty first faced a state case against alleging false charges of notary violations.\u00a0 This bogus case against Amesty was later dropped.\u00a0 But the damage was done, Amesty lost her election in the 2024 election, despite her work protecting the people of Florida.\u00a0 Then the Biden regime stepped in.<\/p>\n

Next came a federal complaint<\/a> against Amesty filed four days (two working days) before President Trump\u2019s inauguration by the outgoing Biden United States Attorney.\u00a0 It focused on two entities connected to Amesty\u2019s family which received $122,000 in small business loans that were obtained through the COVID EIDL program, including for religious organizations and ministries.<\/p>\n

\u2026According to a court filing, these loans were fully legitimate with zero payments ever being missed and with five of the twelve loans already being fully paid off. The collateral backing the loans exceeds their face value, and the government has not lost a single dollar on the loans. There is no victim nor any crime to speak of.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cThe Economic Injury Disaster Loans in question \u2014 primarily to Christian organizations \u2014 were obtained appropriately in good faith and with no misrepresentations.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We reported last week that Interim U.S. Attorney Gregory Kehoe<\/a> was able to end this baseless case and that it was time for him to do so.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yesterday we received great news \u2013 federal prosecutors in Florida moved to dismiss the bogus charges against Amesty.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carolina posted on Twitter the following yesterday:<\/p>\n

The government has dropped its criminal complaint against me. I am grateful to God, my amazing attorney Brad Bondi and his team, and my family for supporting me through this difficult time. Daniel 6:22.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

After my attorneys presented overwhelming evidence of my innocence (as described in his recent court filing), the government acknowledged it didn\u2019t have a case by requesting leave from the Court to dismiss the prosecution. It was a flawed prosecution from the inception, filed by\u2026<\/p>\n

Federal prosecutors on Wednesday moved to dismiss criminal charges against a woman accused of fraud in Florida who was being represented in court by Brad Bondi, the brother of Attorney General\u00a0Pam Bondi<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Biden Justice Department filed a criminal complaint against Carolina Amesty, a former Republican lawmaker, in mid-January \u2014 just days before President Donald Trump took office. Amesty faced two counts of theft of government property related to\u00a0COVID relief fraud<\/a>\u00a0and, if convicted, faced a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison.<\/p>\n

But on Wednesday morning, Brad Bondi claimed in court papers that \u201ccounsel for Ms. Amesty learned [last month]<\/strong> that the government had ceased its criminal investigation \u2026 and withdrew its outstanding subpoenas.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Unbelievably, ABC inserted wording in its report that it is not accurate.\u00a0 ABC inserts wording \u201c[last month]\u201d to make the situation sound nefarious.\u00a0 This is not accurate.<\/p>\n

ABC claims that the court papers show the wording \u201c[last month]<\/strong>\u201d in the the filing.\u00a0 This is not the case.\u00a0 In the filing below \u2013 there is no mention that Amesty\u2019s legal team knew in July or any prior month that the DOJ was going to end its bogus case against Amesty.\u00a0 Here is the actual wording in the filing:<\/p>\n
