An intrepid reporter with the Texas Scorecard<\/a> has obtained undercover video evidence of out-of-state socialists and far-left activists planning to intimidate ICE and stop immigration enforcement by posing as legal advisors.<\/p>\n

In the video, the group uses militant language to clarify that they are at war with the Trump administration: \u201cThat\u2019s where we think the real opportunity is, to get organized, because our enemy is really organized.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reporter who captured this video, Joseph Trimmer, exclusively told the Gateway Pundit: \u201cCommunists are planning to obstruct, intimidate, interfere, and impede law enforcement operations in Houston. I caught their training on camera. I just hope this will get past Pam Bondi\u2019s desk.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

The Communists make clear that their goal is to \u201cfight back\u201d to stop lawful immigration enforcement.<\/p>\n

From the video<\/span>:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026we have to be organized because our enemy is organized, so we too have to be organized. Every day they\u2019re allocating new money in some sneaky way to ICE agents or to the police or whatever. And so this is our goal. We want to build a long-term movement that fights back against deportations, raids, detention, and all other forms of immigration-related terror.<\/strong> We want to use a variety of tactics that we\u2019ve developed together over the next many months.\u201d<\/p>\n

They clarify that they are working with two groups: Ventura County Defensa and PSL, the Party for Socialism and Liberation<\/a>. The PSL is a Communist Party that split from the \u201cWorkers World Party\u201d in 2004.<\/p>\n

The party\u2019s stated goal is the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism and the institution of socialism.<\/p>\n

In the footage, they brag about creating militant \u201cstandoffs\u201d with ICE in California.<\/p>\n

An individual PSL agent brags about intimidating ICE agents from engaging in law enforcement.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have had interventions where, like, people have come in, they\u2019ve started recording, and then, like, law enforcement feels uncomfortable. And then they are more likely maybe to just detain one person instead of like three. I think it\u2019s still kind of like in it\u2019s like, not infancy, maybe like toddler wise era, but it is growing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The leftist hints at using light violence and quasi-violent tactics, describing a \u201crange of tactics,\u201d without being explicit, when she instructs the undercover journalist that they will :<\/p>\n

\u201cDo anything that we can to sort of slow down the process.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

They also describe labelling themselves as \u201cLegal Observers\u201d and using the legal designation to prevent the ICE Agents from stopping them, and that such a designation allowed them the ability to interfere with immigration enforcement.<\/p>\n

Reporter Trimmer again exclusively told the Gateway Pundit, \u201cNGOs giving poor legal advice are going to get someone arrested. If a normal person did this, they would get sued and fined, so I\u2019m hopeful that when Communists do this to intimidate the police, consequences will follow.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reporter who captured this video is hopeful that the Communists involved will get prosecuted as a result of the video, telling the Gateway Pundit: \u201cWe\u2019re not going to let them get away with this in Texas. Citizens are tired of insurrectionists putting illegal aliens before citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n

The District Attorney in Houston is Sean Teare was endorsed by a wide variety of far-left organizations<\/a> and is unlikely to pursue any charges. The Texas Attorney General who also may be able to prosecute obstruction of justice is Ken Paxton<\/a>. The U.S. Attorney for the Houston area is Nicholas J. Ganjei<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The undercover video also reveals that this is just the start of what\u2019s to come:<\/p>\n
