Some of Joe Biden\u2019s pardons and executive orders may soon be invadlidated.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Just The News, House Oversight Committee chair James Comer has said they are planning to gather evidence about Joe Biden\u2019s mental decline that may invalidate official actions while he was in office.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s questionable whether or not it\u2019s legal to use an autopen on a legal document, but what\u2019s not questionable is if the President of the United States had no idea what was being signed with using the autopen in his name,\u201d Comer explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s not legal,\u201d he continued. \u00a0\u201cI think at the end of the day, our investigation \u2026 could be used as evidence in trying to overturn some of those pardons and some of the executive orders, because the autopen was used so frequently \u2026 after that debate.\u201d<\/p>\n

President Trump reacted to Comer\u2019s remarks on Truth Social.<\/p>\n

\u201cTHIS IS GREAT NEWS!!!\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n\n

Back in March, it was revealed that Biden had used an autopen to sign many of his pardons and executive orders, leading Trump to declare them \u201cvoid and invalidated.\u201d<\/p>\n

While many of Biden\u2019s executive orders have already been undone, among those he has pardoned include his son Hunter, the infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci, the treasonous former Joint Chief of Staff Mark Milley and the disgraced former Wymong Congresswoman Liz Cheney.<\/p>\n

Trump wrote at the time:<\/p>\n

The \u201cPardons\u201d that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen.<\/p>\n

In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden.<\/p>\n

He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.<\/p>\n

The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
