Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg ordered <\/a>the release of documents related to Jack Smith\u2019s classified documents case and President Trump\u2019s attorney-client privilege dispute.<\/p>\n

Jack Smith used a DC grand jury \u2013 and a radical Marxist Obama-appointed DC judge (Beryl Howell) in the classified docs case before quietly roving down to Florida to file the charges.<\/p>\n

Judge Beryl Howell ruled against Trump at every turn!<\/p>\n

In fact, Judge Howell previously\u00a0ordered<\/a>\u00a0Trump\u2019s lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify before a grand jury in special counsel Jack Smith\u2019s investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n

Judge Howell flipped Trump\u2019s own lawyer Eric Corcoran into a witness when she obliterated Trump\u2019s attorney-client privilege in a ruling.<\/p>\n

Jack Smith had been using a grand jury in DC to investigate Trump\u2019s classified documents case.<\/p>\n

Out of nowhere, a Florida grand jury popped up<\/a> and indicted Trump.<\/p>\n

Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023.<\/p>\n

Trump was charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.<\/p>\n

Judge Cannon previously granted a hearing on whether Jack Smith improperly pierced through Trump privileged conversations with his lawyer.<\/p>\n

On Monday, Judge Boasberg ordered the release of all opinions, orders and docket sheets related to the attorney-client privilege disputes in Jack Smith\u2019s classified documents case.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the election case, the Court will unseal all opinions, orders, and docket sheets involving disputes over attorney-client privilege. In the documents case, it will unseal the docket sheets recording the dispute over the testimony of Trump\u2019s lawyers, as well as any other responsive opinions and orders that the Government identifies. Before doing so, however, it will permit the Government to submit proposed redactions ex parte and under seal. An Order so stating will issue this day,\u201d Boasberg wrote.<\/p>\n

Last July, Judge Cannon dismissed <\/a>Jack Smith\u2019s classified documents case against Trump based on unlawful appointment and funding of the special counsel.<\/p>\n

Citing Justice Clarence Thomas\u2019s concurring opinion on the presidential immunity ruling, President Trump\u2019s lawyers asked Cannon to reconsider the motion to dismiss based on the argument that Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed.<\/p>\n

Cannon agreed with Trump\u2019s attorneys and dismissed Jack Smith\u2019s case based on both unconstitutional elements: The appointment by US Attorney Merrick Garland and the unlimited funding given to Jack Smith \u2013 both without the approval of Congress.<\/p>\n
