For a generation it seems, Lefties do whatever they want to conservatives, and everyone just takes it \u2013 without repercussions.<\/p>\n

That may be the case in the political world, but things are working out a bit differently in the Big Data area.<\/p>\n

Big Data guys have really sharp elbows and lawyers do not scare us at all. We, however, scare the living daylights out of some Lefty lawyers.<\/p>\n

You will remember the 65 Project is \u2013 continues to be \u2013 a bare-knuckled attack on attorneys who defended anything to do with Trump in 2020 or the subsequent years.<\/p>\n

Read that again \u2013 attorneys who did their job \u2013 representing people around Trump, were harassed by a Leftist-funded group \u2013 The 65 Project, to make sure no lawyer in America would do what they were sworn to do \u2013 be an advocate for a client.<\/p>\n

It is still happening.<\/p>\n

Child molesters have lawyers who are never harassed by Leftist groups. There is probably a reason for that but let\u2019s not go there.<\/p>\n

Murderers, serial murderers, creatures causing the greatest harm in our country have lawyers \u2013 nobody would think of attacking those lawyers \u2013 because everyone has the right to counsel.<\/p>\n

Everyone except a conservative.<\/p>\n

Omega4America<\/strong>\u00a0first got sucked into this maelstrom with\u00a0John Eastman.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We received a call from Eastman, who we never heard of, saying the California bar was going to kick him out for his election integrity work.<\/p>\n

He was one of the guys advising Trump around the January 6 timeframe \u2013 regarding how to deal with election fraud.<\/p>\n

Eastman said Omega research could help \u2013 if we could demonstrate there was enough voter fraud in 2020 to change the outcome of the election.<\/p>\n

Never passing up a good fight, our response was that there was provably enough 2020 voter fraud in Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona to change those outcomes, and we could demonstrate that data \u2013 so sure, we would help.<\/p>\n

For free \u2013 no $450 an hour expert witness fee like the other guys took.<\/p>\n

Then came the \u201cdeposition.\u201d<\/p>\n

We joined a Zoom call and a young California, yuppie lawyer \u2013 the guy trying to kick Eastman out of the profession \u2013 started asking questions, under oath.<\/p>\n

Here is our recollection of how it went:<\/p>\n

Lawyer<\/strong>: So in 2020, was there any voter fraud?<\/p>\n

Omega: Sure, tons of it, like in every swing state.<\/p>\n

Lawyer:<\/strong>\u00a0It wasn\u2019t enough to change the election though?<\/p>\n

Omega: Sure it was. It was hundreds of thousands of votes in each swing state.<\/p>\n

Lawyer:<\/strong>\u00a0So that\u2019s your opinion, right?<\/p>\n

Omega: No, we ran the voter rolls and found that many bogus ballots \u2013 and we can show them to you if you want.<\/p>\n

Lawyer:\u00a0<\/strong>What is your algorithm?<\/p>\n

Omega: We don\u2019t have an algorithm \u2013 we just check voter rolls, compare them with property tax rolls and find people voting from Walmarts and laundromats by the thousands.<\/p>\n

Lawyer:<\/strong>\u00a0How can you be sure? How would ypu know there was fraud?<\/p>\n

Omega: We run the voter rolls for the 7 swing states \u2013 we can show you today there are hundreds of thousands of bogus ballots in the system from 2020.<\/p>\n

We can do it now, want to see it?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Lawyer:<\/strong>\u00a0Silence<\/p>\n

24 hours later the Eastman team told the Omega data guys the California lawyers had us kicked off the case \u2013 they did not want us to be an expert witness.<\/p>\n

This is the kind of crap going on and nobody is standing up for these guys like Eastman, who we think is a pretty good guy with exemplary credentials. He just got royally screwed.<\/p>\n

That stopped this week.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a quiet evening and the Omega guys get a call from a nice person who just got added to the 65 Project \u2013 perhaps it now the 66 Project or maybe since they got Eastman\u2019s scalp, they need another to add up to 65.<\/p>\n

No names here \u2013 do not ask me.<\/p>\n

This person said they were being sued or legally harassed by the 65 Project and would Omega run the\u00a0Dark Money Tracking System<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 which tracks every NGO \u2013 down to what they had for lunch every day \u2013 would we help out?<\/p>\n

Now, remember, the 65 Project is just a couple of Lefties with tons of funding from NGOs \u2013 and the Omega guys track every NGO \u2013\u00a0watch our videos.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Omega data team, who loathes political types, and would rather fight than sleep, immediately said yes.<\/p>\n

Follow along, there is a much bigger story brewing here.<\/p>\n

First, we reposted our videos from the Omega4America.com site of the 65 Project funders \u2013\u00a0you can see it here.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Then we called some of the lawyers who the 65 Project already hassled and chatted with them. They said they wanted to band together to take these Lefties down.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s a fight and we don\u2019t have to be asked to join \u2013 we\u2019re in!<\/p>\n

Forgive us for not getting the lawyer stuff down but here is the skinny. This is going to be good and Omega is in the thick of it, where we usually end up.<\/p>\n

When you are the 65 Project guys and you publicly go out and say these 65 lawyers \u2013 one is a governor, a bunch are Attorneys General or other high office holders \u2013 like Ted Cruz, Alan Dershowitz \u2013 you say they should have their reputations ruined and their ability to earn a living stopped \u2013 you have crossed the line.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not our line, it\u2019s the tortious line.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s OK to say that Billy Bob \u2013 some elected official is an incompetent fool \u2013 there is no legal action from that \u2013 first, because the law protects that speech and second because if he or she is a politico it is probably true.<\/p>\n

All that stops when you say Billy Bob is an attorney, and we are deliberately going to screw up his life so he cannot make a living \u2013 because he represented a client.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is the \u201ctortious line.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the end lies a pot of gold \u2013 like the rainbow.<\/p>\n

Wise combatants would screw up Billy Bob\u2019s life \u2013 they would not publicly say so \u2013 which the 65 Project guys did.<\/p>\n

They said, on their site and publicly, they were going to destroy people for doing things they found to be not their thing.<\/p>\n

They aren\u2019t trying to get these lawyers disbarred for sex with an underage child. They aren\u2019t attacking these lawyers for embezzling client funds.<\/p>\n

The Project 65 kids publicly state they are ruining prominent lawyer\u2019s lives, destroying their livelihood \u2013 because these lawyers represented a client they found abhorrent \u2013 who is the President of the United States \u2013 to boot!<\/p>\n

In law, my legal guy said this \u2013 there is a thing called tortious interference. Tortious means it was done in an evil, deliberate manner.<\/p>\n

When you hear the word tortious there is a string attached to it. The string ties to another word = damages.<\/p>\n

There is even one more string, it ties to punitive damages.<\/p>\n

If you screw up my life, on purpose, because you disagree with me, to hurt me, I can collect damages. In many cases damages get into punitives \u2013 which can be 3x or more of the award \u2013 not where you want to be as the defendant.<\/p>\n

We all know two things about the court system \u2013 it is inherently corrupt \u2013 judges do what gets them invited to cocktail parties, and it is highly attuned who is the Big Dog.<\/p>\n

When Project 65 went after John Eastman, full of bluster, their guys were in power.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Their guys are still in power, but now there is a Department of Justice on a hunting expedition for people and organizations harassing Trumpster lawyers.<\/p>\n

Stuff changed. Punitives are now possible.<\/p>\n

So what\u2019s the point?<\/p>\n

We are now working with a number of these lawyers \u2013 hunted by the 65 Project \u2013 and we are the hunters.<\/p>\n

This part is complicated, but it\u2019s the fun part so hang on.<\/p>\n

The 65 Project is just a couple of kids, with no or few assets.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can sue the heck out of them but you won\u2019t get much. Hang on.<\/p>\n

Who funds them?<\/p>\n

We show there are not just 4 or 5 organizations funding these 2 kids \u2013 they are part of a \u201cgalaxy view\u201d of 10,000 organizations who fund each other \u2013 constant money flows, and our lawyer pals think they could make a claim against over 10,000 organizations.<\/p>\n

Omega can show these orgs are intertwined in a vast set of formerly invisible connections \u2013 thus each of them was behind the two kids. And these organizations have billions of dollars in assets \u2013 like cash, in the U.S.A. which can assuage the feelings of 65 very pissed off lawyers.<\/p>\n

Punitive damages \u2013 against the entire Lefty financial ecosystem. In one Fractal swoop!<\/p>\n

Think billions \u2013 so who wants to roll those dice?<\/p>\n

You have to watch the videos to get it \u2013 it\u2019s too long to type here, but with Fractal analysis we can show NGO A, gave dough to NGO B, who gave dough to NGO C \u2013 who gave dough to the 2 kids on the 65 Project \u2013 and thus they are all liable because the ties show they all support those nefarious activities.<\/p>\n

We are looking at BILLIONS in damages plus punitives \u2013 from obscure orgs who fund this crap for decades.<\/p>\n

It gets better.<\/p>\n

Because we are Fractal, we aren\u2019t limited by the government 990 IRS records \u2013 we can get into the people \u2013 by name \u2013 who fund these NGOs. Thus, their personal assets are up on the Black Jack table for our Project 65 guys to take a swap at.<\/p>\n

So what are we doing with the person who just got added to the 65 Project?<\/p>\n

We are working with them to tie them to the rest of the Project 65 victims \u2013 they are evaluating statue of limitations issues \u2013 which seem OK, and our data will show 10,000 organizations who may be in line for \u201ctortious\u201d interference stuff.<\/p>\n

Big Data and Fractal analysis can expose every person who wrote a check to any of those NGOs.<\/p>\n
