On Monday illegal alien, MS-13 member, human trafficker, wife-beater and leftist darling, Abrego Garcia, turned himself in to ICE in Baltimore.<\/p>\n

Abrego Garcia may be expelled from the United States and sent to Uganda.\u00a0 His case on human trafficking is still ongoing in Tennessee.<\/p>\n

As The Gateway Pundit\u00a0reported earlier<\/a>, MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia may be deported to the East African country of Uganda after his release <\/a>from a Tennessee jail on Friday. According to Fox News\u2019 Bill Melugin, the DHS notified Abrego Garcia that his deportation will happen \u201cno earlier than 72 hours from now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Abrego Garcia traveled back to Maryland to be with his family over the weekend.<\/p>\n

The Ugandan government <\/span>announced\u00a0<\/a>earlier this week that it struck a deal with the Trump administration to accept third-country deportees from America. However, the African nation\u2019s foreign minister issued a caveat: Uganda will not welcome \u201cindividuals with criminal records and unaccompanied minors\u201d and prefers individuals from African countries.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Garcia claims the Trump Administration is using the threat of Ugandan deportation to bully him into accepting a guilty plea for human smuggling.<\/div>\n

A federal grand jury in Tennessee recently indicted Abrego Garcia for \u201ctransporting undocumented migrants within the United States.\u201d He was charged with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and one count of unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.<\/p>\n

Abrego Garcia was an illegal alien residing in Maryland when he was deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year and placed in the notorious CECOT prison; however, leftist judges\u00a0ordered\u00a0<\/a>him to be returned to the US.<\/p>\n

On Monday morning Abrego Garcia turned himself in to ICE in Baltimore.\u00a0 He faces possible deportation to Uganda after refusing to plea guilty to human smuggling charges in Tennessee.<\/p>\n

This is just a court-mandated check-in with ICE, a status quo hearing to see exactly what\u2019s going on with his status in front of ICE officials. We\u2019re going to wait to see what happens, whether he walks out with an ankle bracelet to go home, or is he going to be deported, as you mentioned, to Uganda? His supporters say that he\u2019s a Maryland man, a Maryland dad, a good person, but the government says he\u2019s MS 13, part of a notorious gang in El Salvador, his home country. Again, we were out here a couple of hours ago as this began. You see people that are there praising Garcia. He doesn\u2019t want to go back to Uganda or go to Uganda in the first place, though it\u2019s unclear if he\u2019s going to go anywhere today at all.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
