On the \u201cIt\u2019s Giving\u201d podcast, Snoop Dogg recounted taking his grandchildren to see Pixar\u2019s 2022 film \u201cLightyear,\u201d where he was caught off guard by a scene featuring a lesbian couple, Alisha Hawthorne and her wife Kiko, who have a child together. He described his grandson asking, \u201cPapa Snoop? How she have a baby with a woman? She\u2019s a woman!\u201d during the movie, leaving him unsure how to respond. Snoop expressed discomfort, stating, \u201cOh sh*t, I didn\u2019t come in for this sh*t. I just came to watch the goddamn movie,\u201d and questioned the inclusion of such themes for young audiences. He further explained that the experience \u201cthrew me for a loop,\u201d adding, \u201cThese are kids. We have to show that at this age? They\u2019re going to ask questions. I don\u2019t have the answer.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a result, Snoop said he is now \u201cscared\u201d to take his grandkids to the movies, fearing unexpected content that forces difficult conversations. So called Transgender activist Ts Madison responded critically on TMZ, accusing Snoop of homophobia and urging him to \u201ceducate your grandkids,\u201d while dismissing his discomfort with, \u201cYou\u2019re a little uncomfortable? B*tch, educate your grandkids!\u201d<\/p>\n
