In the wake of the horrific mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis, where two young children were gunned down and 17 others wounded during a school Mass, CNN anchor Jake Tapper has sparked outrage by focusing on the \u201ccorrect\u201d pronouns for the deranged transgender shooter.<\/h3>\n

The depraved male shooter was born Robert Paul Westman but legally changed his name to Robin M. Westman in 2020 and began identifying as \u201cfemale.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, he opened fire from outside the church windows, targeting helpless children and parishioners inside. Westman, 23, later died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities recovered a manifesto and videos where the shooter expressed suicidal ideation, obsession with past mass killings, and inscribed gun magazines with vile messages like \u201cKill Donald Trump\u201d and \u201cWhere is your God?\u201d<\/p>\n

Following the attack, Tapper took time during his broadcast to lecture viewers on respecting the shooter\u2019s gender identity and preferred name.<\/p>\n

In the jaw-dropping segment on CNN, Tapper stated, \u201cThere\u2019s been some confusion as to what the shooter\u2019s name was. Robin Westman\u2019s mother applied to change her child\u2019s name in 2019. It was at one point Robert Paul Westman, but since she identifies as a female, and wants her name to reflect that identification, and was underage, it\u2019s now Robin.\u201d<\/p>\n

This comes amid reports that liberal media outlets are bending over backward to avoid \u201cmisgendering\u201d the gunman, even as families mourn the dead children.<\/p>\n

Naturally, this sparked outrage across social media.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time a transgender-identified individual has carried out a deadly attack on a religious school. In 2023, Audrey Hale, another transgender shooter, killed six at Nashville\u2019s Covenant School. Yet, mainstream media like CNN seem more concerned with pushing the transgender agenda than addressing potential patterns or the mental health crises involved.<\/p>\n

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey used the tragedy to warn against people targeting people who identify as transgender, but ignoring the shooter\u2019s identity, mental illness, and motivations only enables more violence.<\/p>\n

The FBI is investigating the incident as domestic terrorism and a hate crime against Catholics.<\/p>\n
