President Trump struck another blow against his 2024 Presidential rival, even as she considers another desperate bid for the presidency.<\/p>\n

As CNN reported, Trump revoked<\/a> Kamala Harris\u2019 Secret Service protection on Thursday. <\/p>\n

Harris previously received six months of protection after leaving office in accordance with federal law. <\/p>\n

That period ended on July 21. Joe Biden, however, extended <\/a>her protection by an additional year for undisclosed reasons, according to CNN. <\/p>\n

How unsurprising that Biden and his handlers would make a mockery of the law once again. <\/p>\n

Here is the letter in full, which CNN obtained<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are hereby authorized to discontinue any security-related procedures previously authorized by Executive Memorandum, beyond those required by law, for the following individual, effective September 1, 2025: Former Vice President Kamala D. Harris,\u201d the letter reads.<\/p>\n

Per CNN, here is what losing this protection means for Harris going forward<\/a>:<\/p>\n

But what will now disappear is not just the agents assigned to guard her in person, 24-7: Secret Service protection includes constant analysis of threat intelligence and covering in-person situations, emails, texts and social media. <\/p>\n

With her detail canceled, Harris aides are worried they will lose the same access to threat warnings, the people familiar with her security operations said. Her home, in the middle of Los Angeles, will also stop being protected by federal agents.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

CNN notes <\/a>this news comes as Harris embarks on a book tour around the release of her new memoir \u201c107 Days.\u201d The book, which covers her short presidential campaign last year, will be released on September 23. <\/p>\n

Team Harris released a short statement to CNN in response to the news: <\/p>\n

\u201cThe Vice President is grateful to the United States Secret Service for their professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to safety,\u201d said Kirsten Allen, a Harris senior adviser.<\/p>\n
