A new report confirms what millions of Americans had already known for years: Joe Biden\u2019s Department of Education was weaponized against Christians, unleashing the full weight of the federal government to punish people of faith.<\/p>\n
The findings come from the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias, created under President Donald Trump and chaired by Attorney General Pam Bondi.<\/p>\n
According to the report obtained by Fox News<\/a>, the Biden administration engaged in \u201cnumerous instances\u201d of anti-Christian bias that went far beyond policy disagreements and into outright persecution.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Task Force makes this commitment: the federal government will never again be permitted to turn its power against people of faith,\u201d the report reads.<\/p>\n \u201cUnder President Trump and Attorney General Bondi\u2019s leadership, in partnership with all members of this Task Force, the rule of law will be enforced with vigor, and every religion will be treated with equality in both policy and action.<\/p>\n \u201cThe days of anti-Christian bias in the federal government are over. Faith is not a liability in America\u2014it is a liberty,\u201d the report added.<\/p>\n The Department of Education (DOE) tried to impose record-breaking fines on some of America\u2019s largest Christian universities:<\/p>\n The report also documents how Biden\u2019s DOE created a \u201cbook ban coordinator,\u201d a bureaucratic hatchet job designed to target school boards and parents who dared object to sexually explicit or age-inappropriate material being forced on their children.<\/p>\n In other words, Christian parents standing up for their kids were treated as criminals.<\/p>\n More from Fox News:<\/a><\/p>\n At the Justice Department, the task force found that the Biden administration lacked an effort to \u201caddress and prosecute violations of the law where anti-Christian bias was demonstrated by the persecutors.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cInstead, during that time, the DOJ pursued novel theories of prosecution against those speaking or demonstrating based upon their Christian faith,\u201d the report states.<\/p>\n The task force also found that the Department of Justice, under the Biden administration, arrested and convicted approximately two dozen individuals under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act for praying and demonstrating outside abortion facilities.<\/p>\n \u201cYet, the same DOJ refused to apply the FACE Act to protect places of worship and crisis pregnancy centers,\u201d the report states.<\/p>\n At the FBI, the task force pointed to the bureau\u2019s memo asserting that \u201cradical-traditionalist\u201d Catholics were \u201cdomestic terrorism threats.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Under Trump\u2019s leadership, the DOE will now rescind excessive fines<\/strong> targeting Christian colleges, and it pledges to uphold religious freedom in K-12 schools.<\/p>\n The report cites recent cases, Vitsaxaki v. Skaneateles Central School District (NY)<\/em> and Damiano v. Grants Pass School District 7 (OR), <\/em>as examples of how public schools trampled religious liberty when parents objected to radical gender ideology.<\/p>\n According to the findings:<\/p>\n \u2022 Weaponization of Policies Targeting Christian Higher Education.<\/strong> The Biden Administration weaponized the Department of Education (ED) and attempted to impose record-breaking fines on some of the nation\u2019s largest Christian universities, including Liberty University ($14 million) and Grand Canyon University ($37.7 million).<\/p>\n \u2022 Targeting of School Boards.<\/strong> The Biden Administration\u2019s \u201cbook ban coordinator\u201d role within ED, investigated school boards for removing age inappropriate materials from school libraries, typically in response to religious objections by parents.<\/p>\n \u2022 End the Weaponization of Policies Targeting Christian Higher Education.<\/strong> The Trump Administration\u2019s Office of Federal Student Aid carefully evaluated pending cases and rescinded excessive and unjustifiable fines targeting Christian institutions. ED will no longer disproportionately target Christian colleges and universities and will aflirm the rights of Christian colleges and universities to act in accordance with their faith-based identity.<\/p>\n \u2022 Monitor Freedom of Religion Infringement in K-12 Public Schools.<\/strong> The rights of religious freedom extend to parents and educators in K-12 public schools, and these include religious objections to gender ideology on the basis of Christian faith. The cases of Vitsaxaki v. Skaneateles Central School District (NY) and Damiano v. We also have evidence that they are infiltrating Catholic parishes.<\/p>\n Chris Wray\u2019s FBI sent out\u00a0a memo warning agents<\/a>\u00a0of the\u00a0dangerous \u2018radical traditionalist Catholic ideology\u2019\u00a0that was gaining popularity in the country.
