President Trump on Tuesday trolled an ABC reporter for suggesting that the Trump Administration plans to target leftist activists\u2019 free speech in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kirk\u2019s murderer, identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was a radicalized leftist terrorist who was influenced by Antifa and the transgender movement.<\/p>\n

Leftwing radicals are now celebrating the death of the late 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder, who died fighting for free speech and open dialogue, and calling for more violence against Trump supporters and even Kirk\u2019s family.<\/p>\n

President Trump and administration officials have said they plan to dismantle the leftwing terrorist networks that are responsible for Kirk\u2019s death and inciting other instances of violence.<\/p>\n

Stephen Miller stated that \u201cevery resource we have at the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and throughout this government\u201d will be used to \u201cidentify, disrupt, dismantle, and destroy these networks and make America safe again for the American people.\u201d President Trump also\u00a0told reporters<\/a> on Monday that he is \u201c100%\u201d willing to designate violent radical leftwing groups, including Antifa, as domestic terrorist organizations.<\/p>\n

Pam Bondi has come under fire for outlining her plans to prosecute incitement by implying that certain \u201chate speech\u201d does not fall under the free speech protections in the Constitution during an appearance on \u201cThe Katie Miller Podcast.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Clearly, she wasn\u2019t talking about the so-called hate speech that the left wants to ban, such as saying that black people commit more crimes than White people or that transgender people are mentally ill.<\/p>\n

Still, Bondi said, using poorly chosen words, \u201cWe will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nBondi clarified in a lengthy X post that \u201cHate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It\u2019s a crime.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou cannot call for someone\u2019s murder. You cannot swat a Member of Congress. You cannot dox a conservative family and think it will be brushed off as \u201cfree speech.\u201d These acts are punishable crimes, and every single threat will be met with the full force of the law,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\n

Hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It\u2019s a crime. For far too long, we\u2019ve watched the radical left normalize threats, call for assassinations, and cheer on political violence. That era is over.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have a lot of hate in your heart. Maybe they\u2019ll come after ABC,\u201d he said, noting that ABC settled with Trump for\u00a0$15 million, plus $1 million to cover Trump\u2019s attorneys\u2019 fees, for defaming the President, which he called \u201ca form of hate speech.\u201d<\/p>\n
