As it was widely expected, Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs will appeal his criminal conviction and four-year prison sentence.<\/p>\n

Diddy was sentenced Friday to four years and two months (50 months) in prison and fined $500,000 as a result of his conviction for prostitution charges.<\/p>\n

\u201cAttorneys for Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs are planning to appeal after he was sentenced to more than four years in prison for transporting people across state lines for sexual encounters.<\/em><\/p>\n

Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo said the team plans to file the notice of appeal \u2018in the coming days\u2019, calling both the trial and sentence flawed.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018Both the guidelines calculation and the sentence took account of conduct for which Mr. Combs was acquitted by a jury\u2019, Agnifilo told The Post. \u2018We contend this amounts to legal error\u2019.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cCourt records show the Bad Boy Records founder still faces nearly 70 active civil suits across the country, with claims ranging from sexual assault and battery to harassment and emotional abuse.<\/em><\/p>\n

[\u2026] The mounting lawsuits could cost Combs millions in legal fees on top of the $15 million experts estimate he\u2019s already spent on his federal defense.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs has been sentenced to 50 months behind bars, which is just over four years, after being found guilty on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution.<\/p>\n
